Established in 2001.

Backyard depot Has been in the same location since 2001. We and our products have been thru 4 hurricanes. We provided sheds to many people and organizations when they really needed emergency storage, due to home or commercial damage. We were open the very next day after storms. Backyard depot repaired many sheds because we didn’t subcontract that type of work. Our crew was able to repair tree damaged sheds, remove old inferior sheds and replace with up to date hurricane coded sheds.

We specialize in custom made sheds that include drywall, upgraded flooring, pre wired electric, interior separation walls. We will work with you to help design the type of shed you need. with over a decade of experience we can ask you the right questions to help you make the correct design and budget questions. many people don’t want to rent office space when they could put a fully functioning office in their own backyard, or playhouse, party room, mancave, hobby shop.

In my past I have worked many types of jobs. from construction to landscaping, military, car mechanic, Aircraft mechanic and pilot. In those years of working with tools I always loved sheds (typical guy) when my first child was born I wanted a better life for my family so I started looking for a business. After buying a shed for myself I started to inquire about the shed biz. the rest is history. due to my aircraft past I treat my work like it did when working on planes (never had a plane crash). I ask a lot of questions and try as hard as possible to complete the job with very little trouble to our customers.

from the beginning my brother in law Otavio has been my partner. He is very intelligent. speaks fluent English, Portuguese and Spanish. He cares about our performance as much as I do. I am more form and function (the nitty gritty) where he has way more style. its a good combo for you when designing a structure. when you meet us you will see what I mean. please give us a try.
