Established in 1985.

Headed by Scott Bourgeois, B&B Unique Remodeling is a third generation, family-​owned and operated general home contractor. He learned his craft at an early age working alongside his father and grandfather. They instilled in him an old-​fashioned approach to building using strong construction methods, quality materials, and fine craftsmanship. They also showed him how to foster client relationships rooted in honesty, integrity, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail. Scott is proud to maintain their legacy and impeccable reputation for quality service in all aspects of construction.

As an owner operator, Scott is on the job managing every renovation or remodeling project to ensure that all work meets his high standards.
