My friend and I walked in without an appointment after work. They took us right away. Both women were very nice and did an awesome job on our gel manicures. I like that they are open till 8pm most nights. I’ll definitely be back.

My favorite place for getting my nails done. They are super nice and welcoming. They also start to recognize you if you come in a lot! Also one of the cheaper nail salons but great quality around which is amazing!

I love Saigon Nails. I recommend them to everyone.
Whenever I get my nails done, I always get compliments even days later on how great they look. I’ve had so many people ask where I get my nails done & I proudly tell them Saigon.
The people here are so friendly. Danny is a sweetheart. He does amazing manicures & pedicures.
They all take their time & I never feel rushed.
My gel manicures tend to last me more than 2 weeks witch normal usage of my hands (typing, cleaning, etc).
They have many colors to chose from. Both gel nail polishes and regular nail varnish.
Give this place a try you won’t regret it! :)

I went in for a bikini waxing and the job was POORLY done… then after i was done i noticed that the sheet was dirty and that it had brown marks on it. so clearly that sheet is not changed after every waxing.

Came here for the 2nd time ever and had a great pedicure. Love that they’re open on a Monday as many others aren’t. They are very affordable. The tubs have liners so much more sanitary (disclosure: I work in the medical field and have seen many a bad infection from these places… buyers beware). Place is super clean. The massage with the pedicure is great AND get a free hot stone massage. That’s right FREE. Highly recommend Saigon Nails.

Went here on a lark while traveling through West Roxbury this weekend. They are competitively priced ($ 34 for a standard mani/​pedi), very meticulous (this was my first pedicure of they summer, and they sloughed away much dead skin and left my feet buffed any pretty), and all they manicurists seemed good-​natured and pleasant. The decorations and aesthetic was comfortable and clean, but nothing fancy.

Went today with my mom — we both got mani/​pedis. My mom absolutely loved them and so did I. They were very attentive and the pedicure was complete with a hot stone and oil massage. The salon was clean and did not smell at all of chemicals. And, Ming who did my gel manicure did a perfect job and was so sweet. I’ll definitely be going back again, but it wasn’t the cheapest place. I ended up paying about $ 100 for both of us with tip included. But, it’s nice for a pre-​vacation or big event treat. Other reviews said it’s affordable… but I guess that’s relative.

Great gel manicure for a great price. I like that they don’t soak my fingers in acetone to get the gel off like the place down the street.

Deciding at the last minute to get a pedicure this was the third place I tried and was accepted immediately. I waited for ten minutes and it surely was well worth it. The chair was amazing on it’s own, my back was sore from gardening and after half an hour I was good as new! The pedi was wonderful, I didn’t get the lady’s name but she was very attentive, thorough and careful. Soaked, scrubbed, brushed, massaged and finally painted, I felt good as new and my nails and feet look great. $ 24 total, I will be back.

Awful awful awful. Walked in, and asked if they had time for a mani pedi, was told «I’m just finishing up», after 45 minutes, and still no service so finally I walked out. This time, I thought I had better make an appointment, which I did and again, waited more than 30 minutes (should have reailzed when she said «I’m just finishing up») no service. Again I had to walk out.
Here’s the transation since they do not speak english, and can only say «I’m just finishing up». It means wait for hours, then maybe we will get to you.
The only positive thing was that while I was waiting I realized it was horribly dirty inside, might have been a blessing that I didn’t get service. I suggest if you are in West Roxbury to go to somewhere more civilized, like Nail Maxx down the street.

Sooooooooooooo mad. They told my sister and I they had gel but they absolutely do not!!! My nails are atrocious after only like 3 days, my sisters too. Never going back … The lady was rude also. I have never had my nails done so poorly. Ugh!

This is my «go to» nail salon. Rose is amazing. Always professional. Always friendly. Danny and the other gentleman who works here are equally professional and personable. They offer a hot stone calf massage with their pedicures free of up charge & the pedicure chairs massage AND recline. I think I fell asleep. For the money it can’t be beat. Great service. Wonderful talent. Affordable prices. Check this place out!
I have gone to «the best» nail places in Boston & they don’t hold a candle to this joint. You get the same service & quality (possibly minus a glass if wine that you need to pay for anyway). At far more reasonable prices. Plus, they remember you & don’t take your business for granted. It’s great to be welcomed.
