I had a bad experience at Dr. Thomas’. I went in twice and have since found a new dentist. I waited at least 20 minutes both times I was in. They always seemed to be running late. People in the office couldn’t read each other’s handwriting. I began to feel that things were unprofessional there. The dentist was also very rough on my mouth when she worked on my cavities. I was sore for days after the fillings. Then I was in pain over a month after my fillings appointment and the dentist told me that it was only because my fillings were deep. I didn’t feel that the dentist cared. I was uncomfortable after these visits and drove for over an hour to see my old dentist who had to fix my fillings to adjust my bite.
