This guy was completely unprofessional from start to finish. His price was right to unlock my vehicle, so my husband and I decided to go with him. First he complained about having to come downtown. He’s in W. Sac, which is adjacent to DT, so I don’t see what the big deal is. Sorry to inconvenience you with my business. While he was unlocking the vehicle, my next door neighbor came out and started chatting. I saw him open the vehicle door and then wave. I gave a nod to acknowledge him, like «be right there», and let my neighbor finish his sentence. Saw the dude head over to his car, and thought he was grabbing something. Nope, he just peeled off, like he was pissed. Wtf?! Guy was waiting for less than 60 seconds. Walked over to my car and the jerk locked it back and shut the door. Tried calling him and he didn’t answer. I was shocked! If he thought I was taking too long he could have easily walked 10 feet over to where I was standing and said he was done and gotten paid and then left. Or hollered, «Hey buddy, I have to go/I’m in a hurry/​etc.». But to just relock my car and then peel out… wow, way to be a professional business man. You realize I AM THE CUSTOMER… right?! Do not use this locksmith!

I called Bradford Locksmith and was immediately connected to the owner, Mark. Mark has been a locksmith for over 40 years and that definitely made me feel at ease.
To call Mark a «Maestro of Key Making», is a definite understatement. My Honda Element key would no longer turn in the ignition and come to find out, the entire tumbler needed replacing. I called and within an hour, Mark came out and meticulously dismantled my ignition switch, built a new one, and now I am back on the road and rolling.
The Honda dealership quoted me $ 700 for the job but Mark did the job for less than half of that. Now I have a brand new key, ignition switch, and I am HAPPY.
BRADFORD IS THE BEST AND THEY DESERVE MORE THAN 5 STARS!

Fast and friendly service. The owner is very nice and knowledgeable about his work. He helped me duplicate transponder keys when Toyota sent me to the Lexus dealership on a frustrating wild goose chase. I would definitely recommend and use this service again.

Mr Bradford was great, came through clutch all the away across town. Very helpful and honest. Recommended to anyone. Made copies of my car key since I lost my only one and didn’t take long at all.

Mark was great! I locked my keys in my car, and he came over and unlocked the door in no time flat! He also made me a spare key at the same time (had a mini work station in his van) for a minimal charge! I called around to different locksmiths, and he was the best priced. He also gave excellent service, and was very friendly. I would not hesitate to refer him to others and if I ever need locksmith services again, he is my go to guy!
