A few hundred miles short of 20k. damn, i hit 15k just in March! I was referred to Mid Cal Cycle for 5K service specializing in HD by the shop that I hired to change my tires. HD charges unlovable prices for this service in labor fees.
I dropped my bike off at 8 and after work they had a delivery delay.
If you have a delay, this is the atmosphere you probably would love to have to wait in. From the attentiveness, but in a mild brotherly and neighborly way to the break area they let me Hang out in that was like a rec room (sign above door: Man Cave… lol) and the pricing! I saved a lot compared to HD.
What I want to underscore in their service here was upon knowing my part was not going to show up, one of the gentlemen put on a helmet and got me one… yet the price wss unbeatable. He made good on his statement of getting me the bike, what I use to commute with solely (they didn’t know that part) serviced and returned by COB today. Mission accomplished and another faithful customer on the way.
