Went to purchase sneakers and when I arrived at the store I was VERY disappointed with the service. They falsely advertise they fit shoes for all foot issues. However the person I had knew NOTHING about fit issues. I asked if he was certified to answer questions regarding foot issues and he never answered the question. Stupid me went on to purchase a pair of sneakers without reading the store policy of ONLY store credit for RETURNS. The sales clerk should also have informed me of their policy but failed. Now I’m stuck with store credit and would not purchase another pair of sneakers from this establishment as the clerk knew nothing about foot issue.

Super helpful, knowledgeable staff. I wandered in as a newbie runner and the guy working was so helpful and taught me so much about my feet! Left with a great pair of sneakers perfect for my feet. Slightly pricey, but well worth it for professional advice and supporting a great local business. I wish I went to Fast Feet first!

The only place I shop for running shoes! They look at your bare feet to see how they rest on the floor before putting you in sneakers. Bring in your old ones and they’ll look at how you wear them down too to help make the right choice. And you can take them for a test run outside.
Once, I bought cheap sneakers to try to save money, but hurt my feet instead. Now I only shop at Fast Feet. I brought my mother (82 years old) in to get decent walking sneakers fitted and my 21 year old son who wants to start running. Take care of your feet!

A few years ago I use to just jog in a pair of crappy sneakers just because I could afford them at the time. So when I started to be a «serious» runner my Bo, who lives in Western MA, suggested I hit up a local running store.
I was amazed with the knowledge the staff had on running and being a beginner they offered great advice and shoes to fit my needs. They even let me test «run» outside with them for a bit to make sure they were the right pair for me.
Store also has a great selection of sneakers and gear for walking and running! Shoe prices vary but it’s worth spending over 80 for a great pair of shoes and to support a local store.

If you are a runner I suggest you go here. I tagged along for both of the trips my lady made to Fast Feet and was impressed with the knowledge that the staff possessed, how helpful they were, the vast selection (Nike, New Balance, Mizuno, Saucony etc.) and the prices. Support your local independent stores people.
