Established in 1985.

Mercy Continuing Care offers comprehensive programs and services that help improve the lives of elders and support to caregivers. Comprised of three skilled nursing facilities (nursing homes), two residential care facilities (rest homes), an independent living facility, Western Massachusetts’ second largest home care agency, a hospice agency, an adult day health program, a Program of All-​inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), and an in-​home private duty support program, we provide quality care that is delivered by trained professionals and experienced caregivers.
