Beware of bait and switch. They cancelled my installment date twice. When I cancelled my service they called back and offered me $ 500 and told me they switched finance companies and I would have a lower rate. What they neglected ro tell me was I was also going to have to pay a $ 123 monthly fee. I cancelled all together. They tried to convince me I had a $ 126 fee in my first contract, but I emailed them a copy and asked where I had agrred to that. Only then did he admit I hadnt. I then read reviews where this is a common thing for them. I feel like we dodged a bullet

After speaking with the sales rep here in Beverly, MA, we decided to have Trinity Solar do our installation of solar panels and system. Mr. Flint was quite thorough and explained the whole process from beginning to end. Quite involved. They came out and did a detailed analysis of the solar energy potential on our roof, and came up with a design that would work for us. An installation date was picked, which they met. Their team of installers and electricians arrived on August 20^th and completed the installation in one day, very professionally, and did a nice job of cleanup before they left. I have had my inspection from the City of Beverly and am generating my own solar power. I have only good things to say about the company, as they did everything that they promised, and on time as well.
