Acura of Warwick

How rare is it to rate a car dealership 5 stars? Usually car buying or leasing is like a trip to a hospital emergency room. After scanning numerous on line reviews of various cars I decided to drop by and see what the Acura ILX was all about. I was immediately greeted by Craig who listened to my story and discussed a bit about this entry level luxury car. During the test drive the numbers were worked out. I loved the car during the drive and decided at that time if the deal was right I would get the car. I signed the papers after a super deal was offered. I am very impressed with Craig, and the dealership. There was no haggle, no pressure. I picked up my new Acura the next day after I bought it. Everything is right about this dealership, the people are friendly, the deal was painless and I love my new vehicle. I highly recommend Acura of Warwick.

Our MDX is still at the dealership for its routine maintenance as well as checking out a few moderate complaints we’ve had and so far we have been taken back a bit at the customer service. We have a dealership just down the road from us but with two phone calls for quotes there was a $ 200 difference in the B123 service (at the same dealership but from two different people). With that in mind we called Acura of Warwick and the quote was reasonable and the lady on the phone was incredibly friendly.
We pulled up to the dealership, just off I95, and when you pull up there are two garage doors that automatically open ushering you into a climate controlled polished showroom type service bay! We were greeted by Mr. Andreozzi who was incredibly friendly and very receptive to the extra concerns we added to our appointment (noise here, something there, etc.). We were given our clean loaner car (its always fun driving a «new» car) and off we were. They still have the car checking out some of our concerns and installing some accessories so unless something goes awry my review stands.

Outstanding, one of my biggest annoyances since I have gotten to New England three years ago is that no one knows service here. Acura of Warwick’s service depart is the exception! They have always been friendly, courteous and timely! I have never had any problem’s with their service department. I’ve been to other dealerships locally as I live in Newport and have had nothing but bad experiences. Their staff is EXTREMELY thorough, friendly and helpful! Specifically James Andreozzi, I have dealt with him a few times over the past few years and he has always been great at explaining what they found or what they did to my car. Beyond all that everyone there seems to actually listen to you when you are describing things you are concerned about when it comes to your vehicle. I have been suggesting their service department to other Acura owners I know here locally and will continue to do so!

When we first moved to Rhode Island we had a 2002 MDX that we bought out of state. From day one, Inskip treated us as if we bought the car here. Our experience with the first Acura dealership we went to was not good. I was amazed that a luxury car dealership had such bad service.
What a difference Inskip Acura has been. I have to echo what another poster said here. Mark is generally the lead service rep that handles our account when we bring in our 2007 MDX, our experience is always outstanding. He and the entire service rep team that assists us set a high standard for themselves. Could not be happier with the car or the service.

I have been very happy with Acura of Warwick. Their service, sales and parts departments are very friendly and overall the car buying experience there has been hassle free. Excellent dealership!

do not shop here!!! i was just fully prepared to purchase a 2015 rdx and was promptly told no one was available to assist me!!! i’m furious!!!
