Winter 2015 Had the someone come out to the house to look at my kitchen, seemed very informative and gave good suggestions. Had them come out a second time to talk further, that was fine. Went to the shop to chose cabinet and drawer fronts and counter tops (granite). Picked up the proposal, it was not the layout we had asked for from the second visit. Returned it to the store with a request for an amended proposal, did not hear back. After two weeks, called and left a message, still no response. After three weeks sent an email — no response. Very disappointed!
