Ordered glasses on Oct 16 2010. Never received the glasses. Got nothing but excuses and poor service. Finally, I did get my money back, but not without the hassle of having to return during Optical services business hours so they’d process the credit.
This is a very poorly run outfit. Very poor service, poor communication, poor attitude, and in the end you don’t even get what you pay for. You’re much better off going anywhere else for your eyeglasses.
