Dr. Carlson is very nice and welcoming to new patients. The office is great at getting you in when you need an appointment. They have many residents that are training through UMass that accompany doctors in appointments and take appointments. I’ve seen residents twice when I needed an appointment at short notice and they were great. I’ve never had a problem here, Dr. Carlson made me feel very comfortable when coming in the first time. The office is in a great location, and everyone is very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend.
