Extended Stay America – Boston – Westborough

The worst front desk experience EVER! Don’t do it!!! I put my family in the for a weekend. They had a view of the green mold & scum on top of the portal roof. They offer kitchenettes with no utensils. The night staff have no idea how their POS/​Reservation system works! And all I heard almost every day, «I’m sorry, but our computer system is down.» No way to run a business!

This place is none too clean. We tried to call the front desk to get bedding for the sofa bed and no one would answer the front desk. We booked 4 people so it should have had a room with the bedding or they should have given it to us when we checked in. And for an «extended» stay, they had no plates or silverware or anything that would make it feel like an extended stay. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The rooms aren’t clean, nor are the bathrooms. It’s really not the price; you get what you pay for. We could hear the guy next door snoring. When we checked in the guy kept saying breakfast tomorrow morning, well it was packaged oatmeal and package muffins, thank god there was coffee to drink.
I wouldn’t stay here again.

My room was decent and clean as expected. Nothing gross. I always wear slippers in hotels and take all the precautions in any hotels so overall, this was a fine stay. The staff were nice. No bed bugs in my room (110).
I couple things I didn’t like is that the location is kinda hard to get in. I missed the exit, and then had to do all the circling around. The other thing is that I had to request for kitchenwares. I had to call twice and it took 45 mins to get them.
Good stay for the price (68).

If I could give a negative star I would. This place is disgusting and I recommend staying away. It reeked and I had to buy a plug in just to bare the smell. My room came with one plastic hanger and maintenance comes once a week if even. When maintenance did come, they did nothing but replace the towels and take out the trash. They did not pick up around the sink and did not even bother to make the bed.
My room did not have a shower curtain and when I asked Evan who worked at the front he asked me if I wanted to hang the curtain or (with hesitation) have someone else do it. I was appalled that a hotel asked me to hang my own curtain.
When I was out of towels because maintenance did not come to my room in over a week, I asked even for extra towels and his deliberate words «sorry we’re out of towels.» What kind of hotel runs out of towels??? He didn’t even tell me when to come back for them or if some new ones would be sent to my room. Gave me nothing!
On top of that, he had someone calling on the phone asking for availability and because he was busy with me, he yells out «God dammit» out loud in front of a customer.
I have never been so happy to leave this hotel. My room was not clean. My sheets had a stain on it. There was hair in the bath tub. There were spiders crawling and giant ants. I literally slept with my face under my sheets because I was afraid that something was going to crawl on me.
Their breakfast is also a joke! You get some coffee and tea with some granola bars…
The walls are extra thin so you could hear everything. If you have someone on top of your floor, be warned that you could hear every step. I did not have to be awake until 7am but was awake by 5am every day. Every time some slams their door, you can hear this.
This place was a nightmare and I would never return to this place. I warn everyone else against staying here. There are better extended stays within 5 minutes of the area so do not stay here!!!

I strongly recommend against staying at this hotel. My room was not cleaned on the day it supposed to be clean. It was only cleaned after I contacted the staff. In addition, the breakfast was completely unsatisfactory. Not only was the selection limited to packaged oatmeal and granola bars, the hotel routinely ran out of these items. The staff constantly seemed disorganized and frazzled. Very disappointing.

I had to stay here for a little over 2 months for training. This place is awful. One of our colleagues got bed bugs when he stayed there. The hotel gave him another room, but blamed him for having them… wtf?
The free breakfast is a joke. If you’re going to carbo load for a marathon, then the breakfast would be great for you. All they have are bagels and toast. My company wanted to save us money and shoved us here for 2 months. The previous year we stayed at the Residence Inn. If you have a choice, go there.
