The staff at this location is very helpful and friendly. The coffee is not the best but it does the job.

This place is what coffee dreams are made of. The ladies are always cheerful and remember my order! But not just mine, it seems as tho they know everyone’s. That’s great service. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because the bathroom is generally ok, not great but not the worst. I feel that most Dunkin donuts could use a revamp on their bathrooms tho.

My favorite DD again had my sour cream donuts. Just stopped here to get two donuts for the morning. The iced coffee was good not bitter but they messed it up with adding sugar. I definitely did not order it with sugar, but I was too far down the parkway and I was committed to the cold drink. Frantz(shift supervisor) and Erika were very friendly and welcoming. If the coffee had not been messed up the score would have been higher.

Man oh man. I think all of my co-workers and I are running on coffee lately. Every day for the past couple of weeks somebody runs and comes back with at least 6 coffees. We try and rotate who goes for coffee. That way there is no «Coffee Bitch» and no one complains. This DD gets a 4 because some of us have tried to ruin diets and healthy eating habits. Myself included where I’ve brought munchkins back and started to say«It’s Cheat Day!!!» I must say at 3p the munchkins and donuts have tasted quite fresh which is super nice because sometimes I’ve encountered the stale hour. Which sucks! Nothing beats a Chocolate Iced from Krispy Kreme though. Anyway my fellow Unilocalers if you’re in the area and need some Java and don’t feel like spending extra coin. Come to this DD cause you will keep on running back for more!

Hit or miss Dunkin Donuts. I wouldn’t call it you have better service at the drive-thru, but they did take more time and attention on my order rather then the times I’ve walked into the shop. And even though the drive-thru is convenient, this DD is in prime real estate for commuters, being right before the LIE. I should know because I’m one of those people about to pop onto the expressway. Some mornings it is so hectic there and other times I would be the second car on line in the drive-thru. If the line is long I usually just park and walk in, where there is usually no one else in the store and I get out much faster then the drive-thru line. However, the drive-thru is so narrow, and they don’t have a menu board before the actual ordering board. I get that DD is a niche place, people have their favorites and know what they want, but I always order something different and the difficulty to read the sign is frustrating. It is so close to my car window that I can’t see the whole thing. The small print doesn’t make it much better. When I walk in the store I feel less attended to. There is so much attention to the drive-thru that my coffee is usually made with too much milk and sugar(despite my polite warning to go easy on the additives). I’m usually stuck with a disgusting drink, but a girl needs her coffee fill, you know? I think if this DD rectifies these problems it would have a huge impact. They aren’t big ones either. They could add an additional menu board to the drive-thru, one with larger print and before the ordering board. And if they could just spend a few extra seconds to listen to the customer when ordering in-store. Despite my unhappiness I will continue visiting this DD as it is easier to turn into then the other ones down the street.

This is my favorite Dunkin’ worldwide!(well, MY world, anyway). Warm and friendly staff, And especially the lady who calls me(and everyone, I suppose) ‘Honey’. Some folks can’t pull that off, but I just want her to adopt me, she is so nice! This is by far my preferred destination for DD.

I love this Dunkin’ Donuts! Why do you ask? Anyone who writes a Unilocal review about a Dunkin’ Donuts, Starbucks or any other chain coffee house to me is boring. Are you going to talk about the complexities of the Blonde roast? Yawn. No, this Dunkin’ Donuts? They have the cutest little ladies there and they all flirt with me! I walk in there and I feel like a rock star, they’re always smiling at me, I push it and every once in a while I ask them for a free munchkin, they give it to me!!! Why? My mamma always said I was the prince of the house, I guess I gots personality? Haha Hey, I could go to any Dunkin Donuts and get an iced cookie dough coffee. I like to flirt with the 60 year old ladies, it makes me laugh Oh yeah, the place is clean and they have lots of doughnuts that aren’t made on site. Enjoy!

Great Dunkin Donuts! Friendly staff that always knows my order. Coffee is always fresh, never burnt. The only issue is with the parking, can be a pain at peak hours.

Stopped in at 2am ish. Ordered two bagels, was pleasantly suprised to find out they just came out of the oven. Yes, it’s a Dunkin doughnuts bagel but, finding a fresh hot bagel at 2am. That’s a win. No eggs or milk in them makes it a 2am win freakin win.

Coffee, tea, donuts and chicken salad on a croissant. What else can you ask for. I like this Dunkin Donughts due to the location and the fast service once inside. Parking can be a pain again due to the area but if your in the mood for donuts and whatever else they have its worth coming here.

America runs on Dunkin, yet their employees seem to be operating at a snails pace, and it’s not just this one– it’s all of them, it seems. I suppose if I smelled donuts all day, my mind wouldn’t be focused on my job, but that’s the catch 22 of working at Dunkin Donuts. They knew it wasn’t going to be all fame, glory and sprinkles… «I’ll have 2 dozen donuts and a medium iced coffee.» «that’ll be $ 20.22.» «you rang me up for a large.» «oh sorry. Do you want milk and sugar?». She holds up a cup filled with ice. «no– just less ice.» «that’ll be $ 20.22.» «you still rang me up for a large.» «oh sorry.». I get handed my coffee. «that’ll be $ 20.22.» «it’s still a large.» «what?» “I ordered a medium– you keep charging me for a large.” «oh sorry.». That gets resolved. Sigh…I should stop eating donuts.
