I have leased and purchased several bmw’s over the years and Rallye BMW is by far the best dealer and provides the best service possible. I just recently brought my 328xi in for routine service and I was in and out with my loaner car in just minutes. Chris Bianco the Service Advisor was very helpful when I picked up my car the same day. He is a true professional and Rallye is lucky to have him as an employee. I have only good things to say about Rallye they are 5 Stars

I own a BMW for 2 reasons: 1) The incomparable driving experience, and 2) the service you receive. I had an issue with the car battery that resulted in my car failing to start. I called BMW Roadside Assistance, and within short order my car was running. I have a busy work schedule and was not going to be able to get to Rallye during the day, so I called at 7pm and was told to just bring it over and they would take care of it. I drove there and was greeted by a team of very courteous gentlemen who took the car and I was assured by Gianni Marini that he would call me the next day and let me know the status. Sure enough he called me the next day to let me know the issue was resolved and the car would be washed and prepped for me to be picked up any time until 9pm. I picked it up after work and had my beautiful car ready to go and spotless. The crew waiting for me were professional, courteous and efficient. I was offered coffee and water while they drove the car around. All in all, this is unbeatable service. I have had other cars that I had purchased at other dealerships (other makes, and another BMW), and this is why I bought my car at Rallye BMW. You cannot beat this level of convenience and professionalism, and the level of care and respect you receive. For a busy individual who cannot easily take time off work or leave early, they accommodate you in ways I have not seen other dealerships do; and with first class treatment.

I recently leased a 428xi Grand Coupe from Rallye. I work only with Sharonda James. This will be my fourth car leasing from Rallye, and working with Sharonda. She is extremely knowledgable about the BMW brand. She has extensive experience in the luxury car industry. Sharonda is also professional, detail-​oriented, courteous and timely in her completion of this lease. Sharonda met with me for a few hours, and she reviewed all of the options that I could choose from. She helped me narrow down my choices, and she made the leasing experience not only easy but enjoyable. My car was delivered to the show room in two business days. The service team went through all of the features of the car. Sharonda and the service team spent extensive time with me reviewing the new features. She also followed up with me a few days after I got my car, to see if I am happy, and enjoying my new vehicle. I cannot thank Sharonda enough. I will continue my business with Rallye as it is the gold standard of BMW dealerships.

Rallye BMW has outstanding customer service. Unfortunately, they under filled my m3’s oil last time I went there. As a result, I got s warning light. Though it was a nice gesture, I never asked for the oil change in the first place. They did however fix the rattle in my passenger door. I would caution that they are extremely busy, and are resultantly prone to such errors.

Excellent Customer service, couldn’t be any happier ! From the moment I walked in I was greeted with smiles and great service, It was my first time buying a car and I was very nervous. I hear many bad experiences but with RallyE there are ZERO complaints. They helped me out to the fullest and went out their way to work with my budget which I really appreciated, Robert Chae, our salesman was excellent, worked with us from the moment I walked in at 12 noon till 8pm, with smiles and A LOT of patience which I told him he would need lol, I had many questions, many things I couldn’t work with, and he never hesitated to find a solution to keep me happy, which I truly appreciate it, also a big thank you and good recommendation to Richard Isaac, he deals more with financial service, from the moment I walked into his office I was greeted with jokes and funny small talk which makes u feel at ease, I thank him for really going out his way to work with my budget, made sure I got full warranty on my car with a price that I couldn’t even argue with, all I could do was put a big fat smile on my face and he knew my answer ! Lol. Overall if you deal with Robert Chae & Richard Isaac consider yourself lucky & in great hands !!! Thank you guys so much !! Definitely will recommend friends and family & strangers to you guys ! I leased a car couple of months ago, when I walk in I was referred by the front desk to a salesman name Brian Cano., for the record being a business owner, I’m a high critic when it comes down to service. Brian indeed is true professional that is not there just selling cars, but also building relationships for the long term. Outstanding. Not feeling like a number goes a long way. Thanks Brian. 10 months ago, got my 5 series here and from the moment we walked in, we were treated with the utmost respect and care. The sales were not hassling, listened to what we wanted and stuck ethically to all the standards and to our requirements. I would recommend this place to anyone any day. Following that day, each person has continued to be friendly, helpful and the service department truly is helpful and do their level best to make each visit enjoyable.
Larry Kim was my salesperson and truly this guy is a gem. Monday thru fri, free car wash and interior cleaning 10 — 3pm… how amazing is that!!!

I recently leased a BMW from Gabriel Hale. He was professional, curious, and not pushy at all. A true gentleman. My experience was seamless from the initial encounter to the hand shake, and finally driving away in my new, sexy BMW. I am very disappointed in Rallye. I was referred to a Ryan S but after multiple emails and VMs have not yet received a call back yet. I have also called the dealership and files inquiries via TrueCar. I am a serious buyer who was looking to close on a car quickly — guess I I’ll be going elsewhere.

Bought a new car here a few years ago, and never had a problem here. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been fantastic & accommodating. Free car washes is a nice perk as well.
One time I picked up my car after a servicing to find a scratch on the bumper (their fault). They went the extra mile to fix it and make sure I was happy.

Went in with my dad to shop and to give them the credit they deserve, its a beautiful dealership. Non pushy sales man which was a nice change of pace but the place is big, almost too big. The ‘bistro” aka the overpriced cookies and coffee is annoying. Seriously, if we are about to drop $ 70,000 on a car, your still going to charge me for coffee and snacks… The entrance is nice but annoying if you had someone elderly that could not walk up the giant ramp in order to get into the dealership.

Having owned many luxury cars, I was moderately impressed with the BMW. When I went into this dealership, I was more than impressed with the professionalism and attention I was given. I bought a gorgeous X6 MSport in white and I am very happy with my decision. The car rides beautifully and the sound system is perfect. My sales person was Jason Moy. What a refreshingly, intelligent and sincere salesman. He was completely devoted to me the three times I came in to finalize the purchase of the car. He was pleasant and patient. I will buy from him again. He is someone I trust. I also saw Rich DeAngelo who helped me with the numbers for my car. He also went above and beyond in terms of time he spent with me and making the numbers work for my budget. I am so impressed with Rallye BMW.

Recently purchased my 535i Xdrive from Gabriel Hale. The process was smooth and he walked me through everything.
Only complaint which isn’t his fault was that when I received my car I told him the brakes were bad and he said that techs checked it out (he showed me proof) but when I brought it in for service they had to replace all 4 rotors and pads. Wouldnt have had to be without my car for 4 days if the techs would have done the job correctly in the beginning.

I had a great experience at Rallye BMW this past January. I arrived knowing that I was interested in a luxury SUV, and wanted to check out the X3 & X5 models (I’d also been to see SUVs at local Acura, Audi & Infiniti dealers). Right away, I was very impressed with the sheer size of the facility, as this is literally the largest car dealership I’ve ever seen. Throughout the entire process of learning about the cars, test driving, and ultimately signing a lease for a 2015 X3, I was very impressed with the professionalism & courteousness of the entire staff.
I’d also like to specifically call out Peter Diaz, our sales rep, as he did a fantastic job. He was very honest & forthright about what options were available in each model. He was also extremely patient with my many questions, and was happy to make himself available via phone & email, no matter the time of day. I’m very pleased with my purchase (I love the car!), and am definitely planning on returning to Rallye, when my 3-​year lease has expired.

When shopping for a new BMW my wife and I went to almost every dealership on LI and found Rallye to be the best. Now I saw some reviews on here about negative service/​sales. I firmly believe it’s all about who you deal with. Some of the sales guys aren’t great, hell they are barely average. But then there are sales guys like Brian Cano. Brian helped me find the car I was looking for, even though it took a few months, he was always patient. Also, he is a car guy, to me this is a huge plus. I wasn’t buying a BMW for a status symbol, I was buying it because it’s the ultimate driving machine, so dealing with someone who was as passionate about it as I am was a huge plus.
I have never had a problem with service, but both my wife and I bought our cars here. Overall we have been happy with our experience with Rallye and will def use again.

Sometimes it’s good and sometimes it’s not so good. The car is great but the service has some hiccoughs. Each service advisor is different and communication with them is critical to get everything fixed on the BMW. I’ve come out of service with a new service warning light in. I continue to use Rallye but often find myself frustrated.
