Family owned and operated business for over 30 years, M&R has helped to make many a house into a home!

We concentrate on the custom residential market. Though most of our work is in the western suburbs, we do service the entire Chicagoland area. We are a company built on reputation and customer service, 70% of our work has been gained on referrals and from previous customers. No job is too small or too large, any improvement to your home is what we do!

We also have a branch company which builds elegant custom homes. And we have lots available to build your dream home.

Dan M.

Business Owner

Owner of M& R since 1983, Dan has experience in all types of building and remodeling. Along with the management of the business, he does all the bids for proposed work and works closely with all his mechanics. He also is an integral part of design and construction. With years of experience he brings a wealth of knowledge to solve any design or material issues that may arise in any remodeling project.

He is a member of the Western Springs business association to keep him attuned to the local area activity.

He is also an active member of St. John of the Cross church where he is very involved in annual fundraisers and supports many local charities and ministries.
