Any person or business can create a «fake» or «incomplete» profile. Then they proceed to file as many good and bad reviews as they would like. We strongly recommend Angie’s List or Better Business Bureau when seeking a service provider, needing help with resolving a dispute or reporting positive/​negative reviews. They verify consumer/​business information before allowing a report to be filed.
