Nicole is one of the most caring groomers I’ve ever met! Nicole attended The Cat Grooming Symposium, which is a weekend long, immersive grooming seminar. I have taught many classes at TCGS as I’m a co-​founder of the Holistic Cat Groomers Alliance. Nicole impressed me with her quick grasp of the material & insightful questions. I have no doubt she would put a cat’s safety & welfare first, instead of risking the life of a cat for secondary aesthetic preferences.
Nicole is also an active participant in my Holistic Cat Grooming forum and her input shows her compassionate dedication to the welfare & comfort of the cats in her care, in addition to a keen understanding of the compassionate, holistic method.
I would highly encourage you to entrust Nicole with the grooming of your precious cat.

I have brought my cats and dog to be groomed here. I was very disappointed today when my cat was returned to me partially groomed. I was told she gets too stressed with grooming and poops a lot and to bring my cat to the vet in the future. I was charged $ 65 for an incomplete grooming and told she would not dry her. As you can imagine I was quite upset and surprised about this. Previous experiences were good and was not expecting to be told that my cat was no longer welcome. I also always tipped on top of the expensive price as well. Obviously none of my pets will be going there in the future.

She was not dry by any means. Her legs are matted therefore your de-​matting was not done as far as I can see. Ginger has no health issues so your reasoning is a little extreme. I understand she is an older cat but if your going to stop a grooming you shouldn’t charge full price. That’s wrong.. You did half a grooming and think you should charge more??? I understand grooming can be stressful for any animal but it also makes me wonder why she is that stressed when groomed there. She has been to other places and I haven’t been told what you wrote from other groomers. Clearly your environment was way too stressful for her. I actually feel bad that I brought her there for you to stress her. Didn’t realize how stressed you made her and it breaks my heart. So obviously it’s best ginger doesn’t go there.

Went today to have my cat groomed and Nicole was great. She was very friendly, gental and did a great job. I will definitely be bringing my furbabies there again. They also offer a full selection of food, toys and accessories for cats and dogs.
