With her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Nutrition, Patricia has made it her top priority to offer her cliental the freshest and purest products available to ensure that they are receiving all the nutritional benefits inherent in olives. All of Patricia & Paul’s Olive Oils are certified Ultra Premium which holds from the olive grower all the way to Patricia & Paul to the highest standards possible.
