As nervous as I already was with the process of proposing to my girlfriend, George and Mona, the owners made buying the actually engagement ring very pleasant and VERY EASY and NON-​STRESSFUL. I had no idea how to buy a diamond what qualities are important and which would best result in a BEAUTIFUL ring WITH-​IN my budget.
I originally started shopping around at the malls diamond dealers such as ones in jersey gardens and Woodbridge center while they had a huge selection of rings I felt so much pressure to buy even though I told them I was shopping around I was constantly haggled. One day I was interviewing for a job in Westfield and I decided to walk into their store and the rest is history. They educated me on the different types of characteristics, of diamonds with charts and pictures of diamonds. Picking the stone became very simple.
George and Mona are very honest and upfront and do not pressure you into making a purchase. I went to them 4 times in the next 2 months and they always called me by my first name. I had a picture of a ring from the internet that I wanted, George was able to replicate it point for point and even made it look better. I had given them a firm number of how much I wanted to spend and they more than met my expectations.
I felt I was very involved in the entire ring making process, I was given a range of stones to pick from all certified, was shown a wax up of the ring which George and I designed together which allowed me to change anything that I didn’t like. The main stone came with GIA certificate of authenticity and a free appraisal for insurance purposes. Even more important the ring was a huge HIT among all our friends and family.
I would never shop at another jeweler for my future wife’s anniversary gifts!!!

I just recent took a trip to Hawaii to propose to my now fiancé, she said yes! I went to Robert Anthony Jewelers to custom design my engagment ring. He made the process effortless and the ring is absolutely stunning. Great deals and even better quality and customer service. I have worked with many jewlers in the past and I can whole heartedly say that this was the best experience. George really knows his jewelry and again the ring is beautiful! I do not hesitate to give Robert Anthony’s Jewelry a 10 out 10 and I will be using them To custom design my wedding bands as well!

You won’t find better customer service. George really knows his jewelery. Mona is an absolute pleasure to speak with and buy from. They aren’t pushy like other jewelery stores, which is why I come here. Very relaxed environment with beautiful jewelery pieces, excellent prices, and top-​notch customer service. All in my neighborhood of Westfield.

This jewelry store is AMAZING!!! The owners are the only ones that work there, Mona and George. They are amazing, they know what they are talking about, they are very friendly and helpful. They have been in the jewelry business for 40 years. If they do not have what you are looking for they will make it for you. I had a necklace made for me and it was impeccable. They can even make men’s jewelry.
They also do jewelry repair, I originally went into have a tennis bracelet shortened and george made earrings for me out of the extra links.
OVERALL AMAZING. I used to go into NYC to get my jewelry, but now I am only coming here.
