Unfortunately Donna no longer works there. I’ve only had eyebrow done there so I can’t comment on the other services. :-/​. Back on my search for someone to make my eyebrows perfect.

Came to this gem before my wedding at Gibbet Hill. I was super nervous about coming to a new place for my big day, but these gals know their stuff. Lois couldn’t have been a kinder, most accomodating owner – she even went so far as to supply gluten free snacks for my bridespeople and me! Jess did my hair and makeup, and I still can’t believe how beautiful I looked. I couldn’t be happier I went to Elite; I highly recommend this salon and the talented ladies who work here!

I first started getting my haircuts and color from Sara a few months ago, and while there are several talented stylists and colorists at Elite, I’ll never switch. She has the type of personality that’s part-​therapist, like an instant friend — a great quality in a stylist. Plus, the haircuts she gives me are some of the best I’ve had in years. They’re well-​designed to keep me in good hair days for weeks and weeks with minimal styling.
Prices are very reasonable. I pay $ 114 for a haircut, single-​process color, and face-​framing highlights, plus tip. Totally worth every penny.

Wow! You want your eyebrows transformed into perfection? Go see Donna at Elite! She listens to what I want and provides consultation. Awesome experience and lavender oil to top it off! It’s a little pricey at $ 24 for an eyebrow wax. it’s a definite splurge for me but if I could afford it I would go every two weeks!

I used Elite Salon and Day Spa for bridal hair and makeup services for myself, my Matrons of Honor/​Bridesmaids, and my mother. Elite was FANTASTIC. Not being from the Westford area, I was a bit neurotic about choosing a salon that I could trust for day-​of-​wedding bridal services. But, after reading some reviews on Unilocal and on some of my trusted wedding planning websites, I called Elite. Lois explained everything to me as far as pricing and as we spoke, I could tell she was already working out a schedule in her head as far as the number of appointments, what each girl would be getting done, while keeping in mind my needs as far as when I wanted us to be out the door, on our way to the venue. My first conversation with Lois lasted about 45 minutes or so, but it was a great over-​the-​phone consultation and made me feel confident in booking with Elite. I did find that it worked out better to plan a specific time to call Elite to speak to Lois as we played a nice game of phone tag before finally connecting.
On the day of the wedding, the ladies at the salon were more than willing to come in early to accommodate my 10:30am ceremony time and not only that, but they provided us with mimosas, tea, coffee, and some breakfast snacks to get our day going — one less thing that myself and/​or my bridal party had to worry about during the days leading up to my wedding! The stylists did such a fantastic job on our hair and makeup — we all looked gorgeous with flawless hair and not overly done makeup. The woman who did our makeup, Donna, was fantastic and took her time with each of us — you could tell she was very perfectionistic about the makeup and I really appreciated her attention to detail and angles and such!
If you are getting married in the Westford/​Groton area, the women at Elite do such a fantastic job with bridal style. You will not be disappointed! Just be sure to bring cash since you cannot add tip to a credit/​debit card!

I chose Elite Hair and Day Spa to do my wedding hair and to help with all of my wedding party. The staff at Elite were so much fun to work with and they all did an awesome job with our hair.
Lois was always available to me through email and was very reassuring and helpful in establishing my morning timeline.
Darcy was great on the morning of my wedding, having coffee, donuts, and mimosas there for us when we got there.
All of the stylists were incredible. I know it was rough that we all had to be up so early but they worked fast and got us out 30 minutes earlier than scheduled!
I am so thankful to all of the staff for helping us look beautiful on my wedding day. Thank you Elite!
