Whole Fruit all natural smoothies and no fat and lo fat soft serve frozen yogurt. The best and healthiest frozen desserts in The village of Westhampton Beach.

Our Smoothies, named after Eastern L.I. towns, are wholesome, healthy and delicious. We use only fresh or frozen fruit, and ice. Nothing else. No powders, purees, or artificial mixes. While it lists 23 different smoothie combinations, the menu also offers the option of creating your own.

Our Frozen Yogurt is All Natural, the highest quality Fro-​Yo available. It’s zero fat or very lo fat, low calorie and gluten free. It contains no gmo’s or added growth hormones, no high fructose corn syrup, and is certified probiotic, and Kosher. There are over 30 toppings available.

2015 has seen some important changes at Hampton Smoothie. We have added kale, spinach, almond and coconut milk and chia seeds to the list of ingredients available for smoothies or shakes.

We specialize in good customer service and a friendly, pleasant staff of local college kids who actually enjoy working here.

History

Established in 2007.

Originally called Lil Sara’s Smoothie Shop, the current owner took over in 2007. Hampton Smoothie is tucked away in a quiet little shopping cove off of Main Street and is the most popular of several frozen dessert businesses in the summer resort Village of Westhampton Beach.

Business Owner

Mike bought and renovated ‘Smoothies’ in 2007, tweaking the menu and totally jazzing up the place. He operates the business between May and October and does smoothies as a «retirement» thing. He also sings in rock n roll bands and occasionally can be found with one of his bands performing in the alley outside the store!

Putting it mildly. Mike LOVES running smoothies and putting smiles on customer’s faces.
