Bank of America

This has to be the worst Bank of America I have ever been to. Also the worst experience at a bank. I don’t think anybody in this bank knows simple math or good customer service. I will never go back to this location. They need to really clean up their act and their attitude.

Extremely poorly managed by Zahid, who allegedly has mental issues and no control on his anger.
I’ve been to many locations across the country but first time in my life I’ve seen employee of the bank who calls himself a «manager» or «vice president» and trying to look important there but in fact being careless and anti social. Zahid has no control of using F-​word and goes on every time someone would point out his unprofessionalism (which happens a lot).
I came to solve several issues with my account and Zahid was not capable to even analyze the problem. He looked lost and clearly not educated on the subject. When I asked to file the complain due to his poor customer service he told me to «get the fu*k out». He got so heated because he looked really low in front of other employees who clearly disrespect him because of his ego.
Dear Bank of America, please look whom you hiring to work with people. Because of this one individual (Zahid) you’ve lost several loyal clients. Also got complain filed with Department of Consumer Affair.

This branch seems to have mixed reviews about rude staff. But now I know why.
Today I parked at the bank and must have parked in one of the COMPLETELY UNMARKED (I made sure to check) B of A spots because when I came back outside to get in my car there was a deposit slip on my car with the following note,“park here again and I will tow your F***ING car.“
Really? I don’t usually waste time posting reviews at all but that is unnecessary, and rude. I obviously made a mistake, no need to be a douche about it.

There is always parking at this branch every time that I have been there. The waits have always been fairly short. The staff here is good and easy to work with and have always dealt with all my requests. Stop in on Fridays for the staff’s bow tie Fridays! The regular customers at this branch knows what I am talking about. :) haha

I don’t bank here, but I did have an uncomfortable experience when I visited to ask for assistance with a temporary account that B of A manages for me.
First, my husband, who happened to be with me, needed to use the restroom and asked an employee who was passing by the line if they had one. He said no, and then went into a long explanation of why no banks allow customers to use their restrooms (dude, I don’t care). My husband replied that our credit union has a restroom for customers, and then the bank employee and the man in line in front of us — who just happened to be a very unhappy B of A customer — got into a somewhat heated discussion about the many shortcomings of the whole banking institution. Now, I didn’t disagree with him, but I am not a fan of heckling the worker bees who had nothing to do with the foreclosure mess while they’re trying to do their job. On the other hand, the bank employee should have just politely walked away rather than standing there arguing with the man for a while.
Second, when I finally got to the window and asked for a printout of last month’s statement, the chick said she couldn’t do it (WHA???) and asked someone else to confirm that, and then we were sent to a lady at a desk in the open pit area of the bank, and she told us the same thing.
Third, after telling me she couldn’t help me, she asked if I had a «regular» account with B of A; I said no; she said where do you bank; I told her; and she made a face and said, «Oooooh, they don’t have very many ATMs, do they?»
I left. And honestly, I felt like I needed a shower. I really dislike this bank.

Very friendly staff. No lines at all … and it’s a Saturday afternoon.

I’ve banked here for 15 years and like the location and how the bank is run. The lines are usually minimal, if any. Today at 1pm I was able to walk right up to the counter. This branch has plenty of tellers inside, a drive up ATM, and 3 ATMs outside. During business hours there is always an armed guard around the front door, so I always feel safe taking my briefcases of cash in… I can’t believe I just said that… I mean taking my checks in to deposit.

Very friendly staff. It feels more like a small neighborhood bank than the largest bank in the world.
