Founded in 1993 by Scott Blatt, DC ATC, Body Logic Sports Therapy and Westlake Sports Therapy is a full service sports therapy clinic that is dedicated to helping people recover from injury or pain and return them to their preferred activity, exercise or sport. Restoration of normal function is our focus. Our approach can be conservative or aggressive, depending on the goals and needs of the individual.

We have honed our rehabilitation programs for 20 years. Treating our elite athletes and general population with care and respect while delivering results.

Rehabilitating and training athletes from the NFL, NBA, MLB, Professional Tennis players, Olympic Athletes in Volleyball and Pro Surf tours has provided us essential experience that we translate into your rehabilitation program.

Business Owner

Scott Blatt, born in New York, but raised in Southern California, is a licensed Chiropractor and Athletic Trainer. He received his B.S. in health science from CSUN and his doctorate in Chiropractic from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic. He is on medical staff for the Association of Volleyball Professionals (AVP), and the Association of Surfing Professionals (ASP).

Scott Blatt is the most knowledgeable and down to earth therapist I’ve ever met! Having 11 major operations since 2006, I would consider myself an expert on rehabilitation and physical therapy. I’ve been with Scott for 2 weeks now, and he already has figured out exactly what’s going on with me. Having gotten my hips resurfaced a year ago, I was pretty sure that I was on the road back to full recovery and making my comeback in my career. Every time I’d go on a run past 3 miles my upper glute would flare up, and I’d be laid up for days. Long story short, he sent me back to my surgeon and wanted to get some details of what might be going on. It was exactly what he told me he thought what it was. EXACTLY! Then he said that he believed that it was my lower back, so he sent me for X-​rays. Once again he hit it right on the nose. I can’t explain how amazed I am by this man! Now I went in for an MRI today to see in detail what’s going on. All I know is that I’ve never had such trust and confidence in anyone in all my years! This is the guy, period! If you do sports and play hard, you want this guy in you corner!

Probably not the worst place to go, but not the best. Brett Darrington is rude, and flighty. He can’t remember anything you tell him, even when you write it down for him. Also, I always booked 7am appts because I had to go to work afterwards, and he was late for every single appointment I had, and not only that, the office staff was late as well. Many times I waited out in the cold for the office to open.

Today we went to Body Logic recommended by my sons athletic trainer. I was very impressed with how organized and clean the facility is.
Our Dr. his first name is Michael was tremendous with my son who has an adjustment-​massage and electric stimulation. What most immpressed me was the caring attitude of the doctor.
He said he would communicate with my son’s trainer to come up with a stategy for helping his back.
I left feeling well taken care of not to mention my son will play in his game tomorrow!

Brett is my hero. I am a competitive marathon runner that has been out of commission for over 3 months with hip issues. After various Dr’s apts, cortisone shots, everything in the book; I had no change in my condition. After 4 visits I was pain free for the first time today and was able to run (really run; not a short stride shuffle) and surf! I felt like myself for the first time in a very long time. I can not explain the level of joy that brings, He is using techniques that I had never heard of before. He claimed that if I kept it up I could avoid another cortisone shot. I was thrilled at the thought, but skeptical from the previous months with no change. What he is doing is working. I will continue to go while I get ready for my next race. Brett is knowledgeable and as an athlete himself, understands the mental level that we go through during an injury. I trust him completely and will recommend him to anyone who will listen! I am beyond grateful for his care and time.

Beware! Fraud Doctors and Bad Service. I went in for back issues. Dr. Brett Darrington assure me he was an expert for my condition. 10 visits later there was no improvement. Darrington was rude and didn’t care for my opinion. When he was treating me, he would also treat someone else at the same time. Therefore, he didn’t give me his full attention. On top of that his billing service Postime Billing, service said they were not in my insurance network even after I showed them and print their practiced direction on my insurance website saying they are in network. They tried to bill me out of network price.
