As a progressive Realtor, I work to help homeowners keep much more of their equity while still offering all full service real estate services. The services offered for a low set fee include all of the services sellers expect from a full-​fee real estate agent and more. My services include, but are not limited to: professional photos of the property, weekly market evaluations, open houses, expert negotiation, attorney legal representation and lifetime client access to our Help-​U-​Sell moving truck.

In addition to real estate listing services, I specialize in distressed-​borrower solutions and investor opportunities. In representing buyer clients, I am able to offer exciting deals with access to hundreds of distressed properties, many properties that never reach the MLS and access to properties only offered to Help-​U-​Sell buyers. I am able to give my clients exclusive purchase opportunities that other Realtors cannot.

The most rewarding part of my job is participating in community outreach as a Home Owner Advocate. As Director of Operations for Home Loan Advocates, I am able to help distressed borrowers avoid foreclosure and provide an opportunity at a fresh start via deed-​in-​lieu, loan modification, short sale, cash for keys, etc. Given our expertise, hundreds of outside Realtors from across the country consult Home Loan Advocates to offer alternative solutions for their clients.

As a resident of the Conejo Valley for nearly fifteen years, I am intimately familiar with many aspects of the community. I am a graduate of Westlake High School and earned a Bachelor’s degree from California State University at Channel Islands. Outside of work, I play on an adult baseball team in Ventura, I am a diehard Dodgers fan, and just bought a home in Moorpark with my fiancée to start a big family!

I am a Member of Conejo Simi Moorpark Association of Realtors (CSMAR), California Association of Realtors (CAR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR).
