Established in 2009.

Financial Recovery USA was founded by Paul Karpf in 2009. Soon after Financial Recovery USA was honored to be one of the first, and only, companies in the nation to become Certified and Registered with the Attorney General of the State of California as «Registered Foreclosure Consultants». Soon after he had amassed a team of successful executives from all branches of the financial industry, with similar beliefs and values, that helped the company grow into one of the largest and most trusted resources for distressed homeowners in the nation. Our Board of Advisers include local and national leaders that share in our virtues and goals.

Paul believes home ownership is the foundation of the American dream, and an integral part of stability for both families and communities. In the mid to late 2000’s the financial crisis threatened the future of every hardworking American — however, its effects were especially damaging in California. Paul could not turn a blind eye to the havoc the economic chaos wrought on the lives of friends, coworkers, and community members. In the later part of the last decade, Paul, who had years of experience in the mortgage loan industry, left a lucrative marketing job with a prominent corporation to start his own company, Financial Recovery USA. Becoming the most trusted, and prominent, source for distressed homeowners; it was his sole mission to achieve financial restoration for those in danger of losing their homes.

Paul has two teenage daughters and one son with his wife, and high school sweetheart, Mishelle.
