My passion is getting up and helping people qualify for the loan they need to buy a home. After 38 yrs, I have studied and became an Expert in the field of reading tax returns, designing a loan program so you too can purchase a home. Whether it be a Fannie Mae Loan or a Freddie Mac or a Private Estate Fund to obtain a loan for you, I pride myself to let you know in the first 10 minutes that we sit down. The College degrees were only a start. The education received and the plain old know how of the College of hard knocks have lead us to sucess!
