Initially Intosh provided great customer service until I requested any form of verification that my machine was actually infected. They tried to charge me $ 75.00 without any type of proof that my machine was «highly infected». When I confronted the owner as to why I was told that my machine was «highly infected» he became very defensive and in the middle of working on my machine he told me I could leave with my laptop if I wanted to. Intosh also says they guarantee all of their work, but after I got my laptop back from the store it started up three times slower than before I brought it in. Bottom line: just go to the Apple store and save yourself the time and money. Bunch of stuck up Mac nerds working here who don’t have your best interest in mind and only see dollar signs when you walk through the door looking for help. No thanks!

This place rocks. Fast, friendly and best of all they know what they are doing. Easy to park and no hassles. I will never got back to an Apple «Genius» again.
I brought in my MacBook Air after I unsuccessfully tried to reload the operating system and failed rendering it unusable. I dropped it off and 2 hours later they called and it was running as if I juts took it out of the box. Thanks!

Hidden Treasure! Let’s face it, everything today is so high tech. Not only that, it’s getting more advanced each and everyday. A majority of people, such as myself buy apple products and every time you have an issue you have a serious task ahead of you! Making an appointment, finding parking at the mall, lugging whatever stuff you have to have repaired through the mall, and on and on… All that nightmare is a thing of the past in my life! Right there in the same beautiful shopping center as Gelson’s is Intosh! You walk into this office building which is just beautiful! Someone spent some time and didn’t cut cost designing this place! You always get greeted by a nice lady, I’ve met two of them who obviously love their jobs! If anything there might be one person in front of you, but you aren’t ignored in the slightest bit. You feel so welcome when you’re there, not just a name next to a time slot! When it is your turn, that’s when the fireworks begin! I have had the honor of meeting Hany each time that I’m there and after the second time he fixed all my problems, he’s the only person I’d ever let touch my stuff!!! I just sent my wife down and she got work done down there too. The person who helped her wasn’t Hany, but she now understands why I only use them! She was just as happy with their service! The last thing I wanted to say about Intosh and Hany is how unbelievable honest they are! I have never felt overcharged or taken advantage of. In fact the opposite. If you read any of the comments that I’ve written about other stores and services, you’ll see I only rate the very best! I wouldn’t take time to write something about a place that ok, even pretty good. Only the best! I back every place I write about or I wouldn’t be sharing it with you!

thank you haney (and i haven’t even picked up my data yet and i’m writing this review)! i randomly came across intosh in an absolute panic — water on my laptop the weak my dissertation is due with no data and a struggling grad student. i submitted my computer to hany and his group at intosh a few hours ago and he has already been in touch multiple times trying to make something work with my limited funds and short time frame. honestly, i’m so impressed with his work ethic, his speed and his sincere approach to customer care.

Several years ago I took a Mac to the «geniuses» and they recommended Intosh. I have never had a reason to go back to a crowded, chaotic Apple Store … Intosh is the BEST! Haney and his crew are professional and never make us feel like dummies. Their service is fast and their prices are fair. I’ll never take a computer anywhere else again.

Haney has taken care of the equipment and service needs of our graphics business for more than 12 years. Even from across the country, our equipment arrives in a timely manner and he connects remotely to configure and transfer data if necessary.
We have no need to look for local service and support. Intosh has and continues to be a great resource.

Hany is great. Came to my house to help me figure out what was happening with my new Mac Pro. Ordered everything for me and returned it when I wanted an exchange. I would recommend going here instead of the apple store

I just had the pleasure of using Intosh again, this time for a house call. Sergio came out and solved all of my internet service provider switch over problems. I could have saved COUNTLESS hours trying to do it myself. Sergio fixed my problem in, seriously, 20 minutes. WORTH EVERY PENNY… and it wasn’t even that much. Highly recommend them to everyone for your computing needs. THEY ARE AWESOME!

Intosh is amazing!!! Thank you Hany & Sergio for fixing all my problems. First dealt with Intosh when they set up our Internet and ever since our Internet has run so smoothly and way faster than ever. Even when there was the littlest of issues one of the guys would be over in less than 5 minutes and fix the problem and always explain what they did (which is a plus cause IT guys usually tend to think us «normal» people wont understand them”. Being so happy with their services we decided to ask them to come on and help us with all our computers. We needed them to run properly and not freeze every 2 seconds. After a couple of days my computer is like brand new! Unlike other computer companies I’ve worked with, the guys at Intosh NEVER make you feel little. They always explain things in ways that people who are not so tech savvy ;) can understand, and are so patient. Ever since they came on last week to help us with all 5 of our computers things have been running how they should be. I didn’t know how things were supposed to be until they walked through our doors. Sergio seems to always go out of his way to help us with the littlest things and its been a pleasure working with him this past week. Their customer service from the first phone call has been impeccable! I am sure we will be working with them for years with the ever changing technology world. Went here on a friends recommendation — and she was so right — the service was excellent and they try to fix things before they even charge you — they made my son smile when his computer had sound again — I would recommend going here first even before going to the apple store — great service and knowledgeable!

These guys are great. Diagnosed the problem with my Mac. Moved my data from the old Mac to new one in about 30 minutes. Were very reasonable and fast.

I have dealt with Intosh for many years and they are consistently reliable. A year ago or so I shot myself in the foot by taking my Mac desktop to the «genius» bar for what was obviously even to me a memory problem. It took them two weeks not to figure it out. Intosh had it diagnosed and repaired in less than a day. And, their place is convenient and serene. Anyone can call himself a genius, but what you want is actual know-​how.

We have used Intosh for our medical office for over ten years. Hany is always available for any issues we have. On the rare occasion a technician is not available to speak with us when we call, we receive a return phone call within ½ hour. Their service cannot be beat. Great place to buy a new MAC too!

This is the place to take your Apple product for repair. Outstanding customer service and knowledge. My son’s laptop sat at Fry’s Electronics for over 3 weeks, having a new hard drive installed. It was installed incorrectly — they even forgot the screws! Couldn’t get it to work, made more excuses than I could count. No call backs etc.
Picked it up from Fry’s not working, brought to INTOSH. I had a callback in less than 4 hours and a perfect working computer the next morning. Never again would I go to Fry’s but I will recommend Intosh to everyone!
