This salon is wonderful! Very friendly woman at the front desk who led me to my stylists suite! The salon is HUGE holy moly. But anyways, Genna Gaumond did my hair today and I got a cut, and she lightened it as well. I’m so pleased with how my hair turned out. Absolutely amazing job by Genna! Knew exactly what I wanted as far as color and the cut is perfect! Can’t wait to be back!

Veronica Zimmerman (Instagram: @veronicajayestudio) is the stylist to go to! Her salon is classy, clean and beautiful at the Regency Salon Studio in Westlake Village. Veronica is sweet and listens to what you want– as in styling and color– and gives AMAZING results. (Have you seen my before and after pick? — I recommend for you to take a look when you can. lol)
Customer Service
Excellent customer service! Very hospitable, kind and polite. The minute I arrived to my APPOINTMENT, she offered me coffee, soda, or a perrier water. And while I’m in her chair, she makes sure I’m comfortable, as I get to the sink to washout, she makes sure that the water temperature is to my liking. All in all, she makes sure that you are Happy.

EXCELLENT! I am very impressed with her styling skills. 《Story time… i have been doing my hair my self for the last 2years and let’s just say that, you can tell that I have been needing to see a Professional. So when I found her… i was thrilled… lol》

It was easy to find and the parking was no problem. The Ambience is chic, modern, elegant, sophisticated and Zen.

I’ve been going to Monica Montenegro for about 8 years now and never once have I had an issue with ANYTHING my color always turns out amazing as well as my cut. Sometimes I have gone in with no idea of what kind of cut I want (like today) I can tell her to do what ever with the cut (sometimes I will tell her I want to keep the length) and she will do what she wants and it will turn out amazing. She knows what she is doing and is very honesty when it comes to your hair and ideas. I love Monica and will NEVER go to anyone else!

Had my hair cut today by Naomi. She was great. She did a thorough job and was so pleasant! Price was good too. Definitely will be going back.
