I have a background in loan processing which enables me to provide my clients with the best loan option available. My experience combined with the highest level of Customer Service, allow me to create an uncomplicated loan process.

I strive to help people meet their financial goals. Whether I am walking a first time homebuyer through the mortgage process or analyzing a borrower’s ability to make the most of their money by refinancing; I enjoy figuring out the best possible option for each unique transaction.

History

Established in 2002.

Pro-​Line Mortgage is where I grew up in the mortgage industry, starting when I was 19 years old as the receptionist and leaving 11 years later as a mortgage consultant and office manager. I was also the assistant to the Broker during this time, which gave me a solid understanding of the processing side of lending and a familiarity of all guidelines. This background enables me to provide my clients with the best possible loan option and allows for a straightforward and uncomplicated loan process.

Samantha is great! I’ve used her for two home purchases and every time she has delivered. As anyone who has gone through this process knows, buying a home can be a challenging and stressful experience and Samantha helps with taking ownership of managing the loan process. Not being familiar with this industry at all, most of the loan/​mortgage terminology is a foreign language to me! Samantha takes her time to make sure that I completely understand what she is telling me. She also tuned me into a wide variety of options that I would have never thought of myself.
With other experiences in the past, I really wasn’t completely understanding the whole process, but Samantha would never let that happen. She WANTS you to understand the process and is happy to take her time with you to make sure that you do!
