After being dismissed by my Century City Divorce Lawyer because I refused to spend more money for NO results, a good friend recommended Jan Loomis. I met with her and she quickly got to work setting a face to face with the X and her attorney. Understand that a year earlier the X and her attorney rejected a global settlement with basically the X and I splitting the debt, keeping our own 401K’s and eliminating any support. The outcome of the meeting was that Jan got an agreement with the me paying off the X’s car (11K) but the X quadro-​ing me 91K plus about 2 years interest at about 25% of the X’s 401K. All this for a reasonable fee too? Jan is a results focused attorney that I recommend FULLY!
