Tried them out for the first time when they just opened a while ago. Hadn’t been back in a while but stopped by today and I’m glad to see them doing well!
Great customer service from Brenda, April, and staff. Huge selection and really good shakes! Healthy option to keep you full and satisfied while going about your busy schedule.
If you’re looking for pre workout shakes, protein shakes, recovery shakes, smoothies, herbal teas or wtvr, they have you covered.
Prices are reasonable and its a healthier option than the standard smoothie joints. Glad to have them in the neighborhood.

Great Place! I have never been to a Wellness Center before but April and Brenda are very helpful. Every shake comes as a «meal» where you also get an Aloe shot and a Herbal Tea as well. Everything I have tried here is delicious, my favorite shake is the Thin Mint Chip. Tastes like a milkshake but it is healthy! The Raspberry Tea is very refreshing too. It is a great way to replace a meal.
The staff is kind and welcoming. You can easily relax/​chat with coaches or members while you enjoy your meal. If you haven’t checked Nutrition Fix out yet, do so! You won’t regret it.

I came by Nutrition Fix after the the customer service at another smoothie place on TO Blvd went south.
The place was super clean and I was greeted immediately upon entering. The staff was super friendly and the Blueberry Muffin shake was delicious.
I will definitely come back again!

The staff is great, very helpful and informative. For $ 8-​$ 10 you can get a smoothie that easily replaces a meal, along with a big iced tea. Filled me up at lunch and kept my good until dinner, and I know I saved at least 1000 calories compared to a typical burrito somewhere.
Would be nice to have the prices listed however, as someone else mentioned.

The Good: Very friendly staff. Place is clean, with a nice bar and lounge chairs if you want to hang out. The juice came with a shot of aloe (nice touch).
The Neutral: The banana smoothie I ordered was okay, but too sweet for my taste. Tasted sweeter than anything I’ve had at Jamba Juice. It came with an iced tea, and unfortunately I didn’t really dig the tea that much.
The Bad: No prices listed anywhere, menus with «membership plans», a bit too much of a hard sell on the benefits of their product. Got the smoothie and then realized they appear to only carry Herbalife products. I’ll leave it up to you to make your own judgement on whether Herbalife is a legitimate business or a pyramid scheme, but I’m not really a huge fan of what they do. So for as nice as they were, this is not going to be the smoothie place for me.

I must admit, I walked into The Nutrition Fix with a bit of skepticism. Tired of the sugar filled Smoothie trend, I thought I was walking into another Jamba Juice. Boy, was I mistaken! Not only are the shakes delicious and fresh, they are filling and satisfying. The unique combination of the shake with a shot of aloe and a hydrating tea, makes you feel clean and light. The Peanut Butter Chocolate shake that I drank at 2 o’clock, kept me going until dinner at 6! More than that, the staff is friendly and helpful with the menu. I’m thrilled that I discovered this small treasure in the heart of Westlake!!! You can bet that I’ll be sitting at their counter again… soon!

Carrier of the Herbal Life brand, their shakes are nutritious and filling, a good meal replacement. Staff was friendly and informative, place was clean and comfortable.
There are a variety of flavors and combinations to choose from, I had the Pineapple orange coconut, very refreshing, and they use fresh fruit! I’m not a fan of the tea, but if you ask they’ll offer a natural stevia sweetener to make it taste better.
Overall, the only reason it doesn’t get five stars is because of the price, there is a place similar to this where you can purchase only the shake for around 5 dollars, I don’t think you have the choice to do that here…

Absolutely love the staff and the shakes. I lost 10 lbs. in 5 weeks and still ate a nice dinner with a couple of beers. LOL Highly recommended for anyone who needs energy, healthy lifestyle or weight loss !!!
