Exceptional Care, Service & Experience. I was in an auto accident where I was hit by a drunk driver. My case took over 3 years to settle, although I was given the opportunity to settle sooner. Case length was not because my attorneys weren’t on top of it. They wanted to make sure I was physically rehabilitated and I wanted to make sure they had the time to negotiate the best outcome. Terrible.
I came to them with my case in April of 2012 because my BMW was T-​boned from the side and totaled as a result. It is now June 2013, over a year AFTER the crash, and although the person in charge (William) told me MONTHS ago that the case was already closed, I have yet to receive my settlement.
I have called repeatedly since December of last year and I always get told to wait X months. Now, it’s X weeks.
I’m sure the actual James W. Vititoe is a legitimate professional but this branch is mediocre.
It’s not like I don’t know people who have been in similar accidents — friends and acquaintances have had their cases dealt with completely with different attorneys in a shorter time span than my case.
