The 150-​foot exterior tunnel uses innovative technology to measure the actual size of a vehicle to ensure a complete wash from bumper to bumper. The combination of high-​pressure water, soft-​cloth, safe soaps and polishes, and spot free rinse produces a clean and brilliant shine without damaging the paint or finish. Our eleven high-​powered touch-​free blowers, generate approximately 200 horsepower to effectively dry your vehicle.

I took my 2007 vw in for detailing. I can’t believe what I picked up. It was like a brand new car. The outside sparkled. The inside was immaculate and the people there were top notch professionals. Now I know why they were voted best in Cleveland. Outstanding!

These guys are great! Not only are they super friendly, they do a great job! I took my leased jeep in to be detailed before turning it in at the end of my lease. They made it look so good the leasing company sent ME a check! No joke. I was shocked! My go to car wash/​detail center for life!

Called last minute to get an interior vacuum, window and mirror clearning, and mat clearning. I spoke with Jeremy. He got me in 1.5 hours later to quickly and efficiently clean my car in the detail center and remembered everything I had said to him over the phone. He did such a fantastic job, he went above and beyond the requests I made and was so kind holding doors and offering to help. He also found a ring I have been missing for over 8 years that was lost in a small hole somewhere in the car.
I also got their express basic car wash and it’s looking good as new.
Thank you so much for such a plesant experience!!! I will return again and again, and send family and friends too!

I travel to Cleveland regularly on business. This is the ONLY car wash I will use. I am a Unlimited customer with Mike’s/Crew car wash in Indiana. #1 Express delivers at least the same quality of wash as Mike’s/Crew but with a more personalized and professional touch. The detail shop is first-​rate (I wish Mike’s/Crew had a detail shop) not to mention the do-​it-​yourself car wash option.
I drive a luxury car and pay close attention to the other cars that I see going through a car wash before I send mine through it. In past visits I have seen Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, Maserati and even a Maybach go through #1 Express.
The owner’s of this business are on-​site every time I visit. Their dedication to their company shows through and through.

Great car wash and detail center. A number of services and price points provide lots of choices and value depending on the situation. Car wash is fast and your car comes out both clean AND dry. You don’t have to wait for a bunch of guys to dry off your car. Detail Center is excellent with lots of levels of service and pricing also. Great place for a Spring Cleaning after a tough winter.

In the past, this was our favorite car wash places on the West side, in part because of their formerly strict «no rust» policy, where they would not let cars through with rust that could potentially flake off and damage other cars. At $ 16 a pop for the top drive thru wash, we expect an elevated standard to go along with the elevated price. Today, the car in front of us had rust on several places, and the staff still allowed it through, even after we had alerted them to the issue. It’s disappointing that they have relinquished their attention to detail to make a quick buck, so we will not be back. There’s a place down the street that does $ 5 washes that will also take anybody, so if the express detail center is not going to have standards, we’ll risk it at the $ 5 place.

This has to be the best full service and self serve car wash in Northern Ohio. They also have a pretty nice detailing shop in the back. I can’t say this about other car washes in the area, all the soap and wax actually works and get dispensed at an enormous rate. The vacuums here really suck, they got all the dirt out of my car and the nozzle never came undone from the hose. This is the only place I wash my car when I don’t do it at home.

This is the only place I will wash my vehicle. It’s nice and clean. They offer 3 self wash bays, and also have an automatic car wash bay for those that don’t want to do it themselves.
What really separates this car wash from others is that they have one of the best auto detailing centers in the CLE area. With that, and the fact that it’s in an affluent neighborhood, you won’t find garbage all over the place from other people who «cleaned» their cars and missed the trash can.
The staff on hand is very friendly and helpful, and will go out of their way to make sure that their equipment is functioning properly.
Oh, and most importantly the change machines actually work. Can’t say that about most other places.
