History

Established in 1981.

In the company’s 30 years, Sharon’s Heating & Air has grown from a one-​person operation to a corporation with over 40 employees. Early on, the focus was on residential furnace and AC replacement, but over the years the company has expanded into new construction, additions, service and maintenance, duct cleaning, boilers, and a large and growing commercial department.

The company’s growth in Michigan’s struggling economy is a testament to its versatility and diversity in the industry. The company has made great strides since the early days of fabricating ductwork in Sharon’s garage to the present-​day plasma metal-​cutting equipment in a 10,000 sq. ft. building. The industry has seen fundamental changes with regard to technology, safety issues, energy conservation, and indoor air quality, all of which the company has embraced. From project management to quality installation, Sharon’s works hard to understand the needs of each contractor and customer to ensure that they receive the full benefit of their expertise.
