This is a scam — an unfortunate scam, as the doctor seemed at least vaguely nice, but a scam nonetheless. I went here after a slight skin condition had me concerned. After waiting about 30 minutes, I then see the doctor for all of about 2. She didn’t offer to do an in-house treatment of the skin, as my regular doctors had done. Instead, she looked it over and left, telling me almost nothing in the process. She gave me no real advice on what was causing it and then had a member of her staff tell me that I had to use THEIR on-line/mail-order pharmacies for a lotion and pill, which may or may not do anything, especially as the doctor said the problem was healing on its own. *** Here’s the kicker: I’m supposed to call the pharmacies to get these meds, but it would appear my information was offered to anyone and everyone who wants me to buy their health products. Every morning I’m getting several phone calls from different area codes all saying that they are«your pharmacy» though they don’t ever give the name of the actual pharmacy. ALL are in Florida and Texas, including the places I’m supposed to call. It’s safe to assume these are all affiliated with each other, even if they don’t give their names. I have NO F***ing CLUE why we couldn’t just use my regular pharmacy — you know, the ones which have my medical history and know which prescriptions I use and which might cause problems. I can only assume the good doc is getting a kick-back from these places as there is absolutely no reason I have to use her out-of-state pharmacies for my prescriptions. Fortunately, I use Google Voice for everything and have now blocked every place that’s called, at least until they pass my information around to other«providers.» Only twice in my life have I given a one-star review to a medical professional. Sad both of these have happened in the last month.
