Love this place. Fast and cheap. I get the large Greek salad all the time which is a pretty big portion. The gyro meat is awesome in the salad. Family owned place where everybody there is so friendly. Best place to eat in the shopping plaza which is full of restaurants. Won’t be disappointed.

I gave this place a 4 star because of the food taste. Its not the best meatball sub iv had but it is also not the worst I ordered a meatball sub with prov. Cheese I do have to say it is a great idea to pull the cheese on the bottom to hold the sauce and meat from making the bread soggy the bread tasted good as well I will give this place some more tries. Price for the sub was not bad $ 6.50 I would say it’s a 7″ sub I belive all subs are same size as well. Another try!

Had the worst experience today with a simple greek salad. The Gyros was Gyros Jerkey-unedible. A piece of salami was dropped on the floor and never picked up while I waited, and waited, and waited with no one in front of me to be served. Usually a great place, but unfortunately has gone downhill through the years I’ve eaten here.

Their bread is fresh and delicious. Ingredients are simple and appropriate. They have a $ 2.99 sub of the day. You must try them if you are in the neighborhood. This is now a staple in my lunch diet. Thanks to the owners!

This is a great lunch place! It is family owned and the older couple that runs it are the sweetest. Everything is extremely fresh and tasty. They always have a $ 2.97 sandwich special, which makes this place VERY affordable. I’m always torn between the meatball sub, which they make in house and the brunch. The brunch as lettuce, ranch, thick cut bacon, and avocado — yum! This place can get pretty busy during lunch time, so I try to get there early to beat the crowd. I definitely stop by at least once a week for lunch — you should give it a try!

Wow! Soooo good. Everything is fresh and homemade. Meat on sandwiches has so much flavor you forget about that when you get lunchmeat at the local grocery store. Everyone was very friendly and only had to wait less than 5 minutes.

My favorite lunch spot in town. I pretty much always pop in when I’m close. Sandwiches are great, sides are always freshly prepared. Super friendly staff and the prices are more than reasonable. Try it!!!

Really awesome deli place to eat. The bread, meat and cheese are so fresh you won’t believe it! One of my favorites is their Friday special, meatball sub. Best meatball sandwich i’ve ever eaten.

Really good meatball sub. My wife had a ham and cheese and it was great as well. Both sandwiches were 5 bucks which you can’t beat. My new favorite sub shop.

Cheap and super delicious subs. Kids eat free everyday as long as an adult buys a sub. Love this place! The staff is nice too.

After hearing how great this deli was I had high hopes. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. We went on a Saturday and the place was dead, the floor was dirty, the cases were empty. Worst of all, the sub wasn’t that great. I won’t be back.

I’ve been coming to this place for a few years now. It’s right across the street from work. Usually there’s a lunch crowed, but I can understand why. The food is delicious. I love the chicken salad sub, but my all time Thursday tradition is the daily special, polish sausage dog with mustard, sauerkraut, and swiss cheese. It’s a total steal for 3 $. Never once a bad experience.

This place is an authentic Italian deli with a full deli, pre fixed Italian pasta, and a large selection of lunch sandwiches and salads. They have a daily $ 2.99 special, and many other very cheap and great tasting sandwiches for lunch. Some of my favorites are the Chicken Parmesan and the Chicken Ceasar wrap. I also highly recommend the pasta salad, its very tasty! The people who own this place are great. They are very friendly and you can tell really care about their business and the surrounding city. The only thing that can be a deterrent is that its so popular sometimes it can be a packed house. Anyways, its highly worth fighting the crowds for a great tasting and super cheap authentic deli sandwich.

A family owned deli with super reasonable prices on sandwiches! This place is packed during lunch but they normally get you in and out pretty quickly. I have had the chicken, pepperoni and marinara and the classic Italian. Both we very good. Don’t miss this gem for your next lunch.

A visit to Comminiello’s is such a treat! First off, let me just point out that if you have an option of eating at a well-run, clean, delicious, affordable, FAMILYOWNED and operated establishment that makes their food fresh and with heart and soul… and you instead, choose to go to Subway or Jersey Mike’s: then the terrorists have won. I can’t imagine anyone who tries Comminiello’s meatball sub next to a chain sub shop’s garbage, would ever choose the latter. Comminiello’s is delicious and incredibly affordable. The sandwiches are great and they have an excellent selection of meats, cheeses and other deli fare including hand cut steak and homemade sausages that are always incredible! If you are in the area make sure you check them out.

Great family owned and operated business. Very reasonably priced meats and cold cuts, sauce and frozen pasta and meatballs! You would never know it is there — tucked away in a non-descript strip mall, but you should go! You should eat a cheap deli sandwich that is GOOD! You should buy some sauce!

I recently started working at an office nearby, and skipped over this place at least 3 times while trying out all the close lunch spots. I finally went in there one day, and wow, I honestly never go anywhere else now. Why pay $ 6, $ 7, $ 8, $ 9, $ 10 for all that franchise chain bland factory food elsewhere? Comminiello’s or «MEATSANDDELI» as you see it from the sign, is the only logical place to eat on lunch time. 1. It’s cheap. $ 2.97 for the sub of the day? Can’t beat it. And it’s 10x better than any Subway. 2. Homemade, fresh, high quality ingredients. .98 dill pickle, .98 potato salad, pasta salad, etc. And the«small» $ 4 Greek salad came topped heavily with gyro meat. I was so full! The licorice they sell on the rack for $ 2.30 is delicious, the best licorice I’ve ever had. 3. Homemade pecan pie. She gave it to me by accident($ 2.50), and I offered to pay for it, but she just waved it off. It tasted heavenly. 4. Huge 32 oz fountain drinks for $ 1.49 — what they should cost. 5. The meatballs are fan-tas-tic. The polish sausage is amazing. The bread is delicious. The cheeses and meats are great. Go here for lunch. You won’t regret it, and you’ll spend less than anywhere else in the area. It’s an awesome family-owned deli. The mom and pop work there every day, and always have smile for you.

I was working over at Avaya for a few hours over the lunch hour and I noticed about 40 employees bring in a white bag, and I asked what they had, and they said it was from«Comellos or something like that» Well, anytime were there is a sandwich that I run across that get such an endorsement, I got to give it a try… I am a sandwich lover, afterall. So I found the place, and looked over the menu and noticed the very reasonable prices on the menu. I got a classic sub as is and a 32 oz «Medium» soda. It totalled less than $ 7. What I look for in a good sub, is the quality of the ingredients. The bread was very fresh and had a really great texture to it. The meats were fresh cut and very fresh. So I told the lady that I was going to Unilocal her and give her a good review! Overall: very good inexpensive sub, and A really good find!
