Country City Towing

After an accident on the freeway, CHP called for these guys. The man who came out was very friendly and explained exactly what he would do and what I needed to do. The following Monday, I called the office, they were able to answer my questions and arranged for me to come get the rest of my personal stuff from the car. After signing a release of the car to the insurance company, it was all done. At all times, I knew exactly what to expect and they all did what they said and were always very courteous! Good place to give your business to!

I got into an accident a few weeks ago and my car happen to be towed to this place… I didnt think anything of it ive never gotten my car towed before i took everything out of my car but the only thing i couldnt take was my license face plate (it was my son name) cuz it was nailed on ther during my accident i didnt have a screwdriver to take it out so when i went to the tow place to sign for my insurance to take it i asked if i can get my face plate for the license plate and they said i couldbt because it was nailed on there i had to wait till they took it off there lot to get it ok i wait then i called my insurance to see where they took my car and my insurance lady told me my car didnt have the face plate i know it’s a face plate but it was my sons name on it and i search forver to find it it may not mean much but it did to me… bunch of thevies like we dont get enough these assholes tow our car or just happen to be in an accident for you guys to steal things from car i give 0 stars DONT USE THESE PEOPLE …

Very bad experience with these people. They were very disrespectful and dishonest. Our vehicle was towed to their yard after an accident. We went to pick it up and they said they required current registration. No problem. We told them it was in the vehicle. They said it was not and would not allow us to access the vehicle to get the registration. We had just driven over 100 miles to get it on a Friday. This required us to wait untill Monday to get a copy from the DMV incurring more storage fees. Monday we picked up the vehicle and looked in the glove box. The current registration was in the glove box. The man working the counter was verbally combative and uncooperative. There is no recourse and we were treated poorly. I do not recommend their services.

I got a flat tire a few weeks back and called a Country City Towing! So happy they had a location in Westminster because I got a flat right off of Beach and the 405 S. They were there within minutes. Professional and kind from start to finish! Thanks!
