Launched in 1997 as a non-profit futurist think tank by Futurist Thomas Frey, the DaVinci Institute has emerged as both a laboratory for the future and a center of visionary thought, attracting both a national and international following of inventors, innovators, idea junkies, and business leaders alike.

DaVinci Institute set its sights on producing tangible results in addition to conceptual thinking. The founders decided that they didn’t just want to talk about the future — they wanted to help create it. With this directive the Institute began educating aspiring inventors and entrepreneurs with the critical skills necessary to make their projects viable and come to life.

Since its creation DaVinci Institute has become very prolific in its accomplishments. Along with Thomas keeping a relentless speaking schedule, delivering powerful keynotes to businesses and organizations around the world, the Institute has become well-known for its full-immersion educational experiences, including DaVinci Coders and the Empire of One along with great networking events, workshops, and boot camps in the Denver metro area.

The organization also manages two top-rated blogs and publishes numerous future thinking papers. As a facility, the DaVinci Institute serves as an educational coworking facility that serves as home for a number of start-ups hoping to gain a foothold in the quickly changing technology and business world…

Meet the Manager

Deb F.

Manager

I have been the vice president of DaVinci Institute in charge of social media, marketing and events since 2003.

Recently I opened up a coworking space inside a 5500 square foot bank building and named it the DaVinci Vault.

When I decided to launch a coworking space for DaVinci members, my goal was to take the best elements of a coffee shop (social, energetic, creative) and the best elements of a workspace (productive, functional) and combine them with a training center, conference room, and a vault.

Hmmm. What’s the deal with the Vault?

Turns out, the coworking space is inside a former bank in what Money Magazine has described as one of the coolest small towns in America — Louisville, CO.

The Vault functions as a vibrant business colony for intensely bright people including web designers, executive coaches, software engineers, web developers, social media consultants/strategists, graphic designers, product designers, public relations specialists, inventors, and entrepreneurs.
