Founded in 1992, we aspire long to remain Denver and Boulder Colorado’s premier divorce attorney mediators. Established in 1992, we are completely focused on resolutions to the complex problems surrounding divorce. Lawrence F. King, J.D., and Christopher L. Griffith, J.D., M.S. are highly experienced, full-​time Colorado divorce mediators. Colorado attorneys and innovators in this work, Larry and Chris offer a positive, affordable alternative to adversarial divorce, child custody, child support or other family law disputes.

Meet the Business Owner

Lawrence K.

Business Owner

Larry King is a summa cum laude graduate of Colorado College, and a J.D. graduate from the University of California, Davis. Upon graduation, Larry returned to Colorado and became a licensed Colorado attorney. He practiced as a trial attorney and later as supervising prosecutor for the Boulder, CO District Attorney’s Office.

After entering private practice, Larry served as a Colorado Municipal Court Judge, and found himself drawn to divorce and family law cases. As time went on, Larry grew more disenchanted with the adversarial system as it applied to Colorado divorce and family law. Looking for alternatives, he undertook formal training in divorce and custody mediation at the renowned CDR program in Boulder, Colorado.

In 1992, he founded his mediation practice, Divorce Resolutions® and worked to provide divorce mediation and family mediation to clients in Colorado. Larry has assisted more than 3,000 couples through the process of mediating their divorce, family or parenting dispute.
