Be aware of the staff here. Her name is Thao or Hang. She is really mean and un-polite to the patients. I don’t know why this clinic hiring such a worst person with a horrible personality like her. I don’t like her at all. The only reason I still coming here is to see Dr. Duc because he is nice to me. I hope she read this message and change the way to talk to a patient. Dr. Duc keeps you here to help patients who seeking for treatment not to be your children, listening to all of your lectures. Hate this feeling so much.

This place has moved to a new, bigger location. Definitely better service, and the office staff are very accommodating. They call me back promptly when I have an issue.

Been going to this practice for a few years now since their previous location(even with the former doctor). The staff is great in scheduling appointments and I’ve always been treated with the utmost respect. The doctor is attentive and is proactive in asking questions when treating or diagnosing. Proud to call this place my family doctor.

Dr. Tran is very supportive of his patients and the staff at his office are efficient. However, there may be issues with scheduling conflicts such as with appointments, exams, and requests. The majority, 98%, of the time, Dr. Tran and his staff work with you to fit your schedule and takes his time to make sure all your questions are answered. Overall, for check ups and general family health, he’s a great doctor. Nevertheless, there is another area that he excel in. His dermatology skills are top of the line and I recommended him for skin care. If he is a great doctor in family practice, he’s excellent in skin care.

Scheduling appointment(s) is useless and the doctor doesn’t listen to patient(s). I scheduled an appointment to see the doctor for a «check-up». The staff kept on claiming that I was coming in for a «physical» and was going to make me wait 2 extra weeks to see the doctor. When I informed the staff that I just wanted to come in for a check-up and get medications, they blamed me for saying«physical» instead of «check-up».(Ahem.) When I came in on the day of my appointment(25 minutes early), the staff still said«physical».(Ahem again.) I got called in 8 minutes before my scheduled appointment time to weigh in and check my blood pressure. I was then sent to one of the offices for a check-up. The doctor didn’t come in to see me until 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I didn’t get out of the doctor until 1 hour or so after seeing the doctor because he left me to check up on other patients. 1. I heard him talking to one of his other patients; he didn’t even really know her profile.(What doctor doesn’t read a patient’s profile /file before talking to him/her?) 2. I came in because I have the cold and an going problem with my body(making it difficult for me to do some everyday tasks… I know what’s going to happen in the beginning, middle, and end stages). I asked the doctor for antibiotic medication(2 types) to take and put on for the ongoing problem. He said that I only needed antibiotic medication(1 type) because it should solve the problem. Guess what? The ongoing problem is still there and worse. 3. In addition, whenever I am sick, my breathing acts up(I have had a check-up with him before, he knows this and he admitted to me that this happens when people are sick and says that he can hear it in my breathing). At the end of the check-up, he only gave me 2 medications(oral antibiotic and cough syrup) — nothing else. I saw that some medications were omitted, so when I went to the pharmacy to order and pick up my medications, I asked the pharmacy to request the doctor to give me the rest of the omitted medications. He only prescribed medications for my breathing. Dr. Duc Tran didn’t listen to me — especially when I know my own body and I have had past experiences.

Dr. Tran seemed nice. However i experienced several issues with the staff and Dr. First of all Dr. Tran was forgetful. I asked him to place an order of blood test for H-pylori together with my annual examination. However, he forgot! I was very frustrated and called in, the staff told me to go get more blood for this test. Omg, now I have to go through that painful process of withdrawing my blood from the Universal diagnosis lab downstairs who did a horrible job at blood withdrawal than any other prior places that I ever went throw. They withdrew my blood from my palm. And now, Dr. Tran aked me to do that again just because he forgot and blood got old. That’s so irresponsible! Second, this one staff named Thao just told me if I ever receive any bill, give it to her. I didn’t know what she meant by that. I thought it was just an insurance bill with a breakdown expenses of what I was covered. 2 months later the Universal diagnosis lab downstairs where I went to do blood test for annual examination and got referred by Dr. Tran staff to go there. They billed me $ 85 for blood test which was part of the free annual health examination test. I was told by the staff that my annual blood test is free from the insurance carrier. Now I was charged extra and forced to go through the collection effort. I was so mad and called the staff, but they lied to me that they already told me any order of hepatitis or vitamin D test is not part of the examination so I will be charged extra for those 2 tests. The reality is that they DIDNOTTELLMETHOSE. When i confronted them at the office, I asked why don’t you tell me things like the estimate price that I’m expected to pay like. Thao was just quiet and looked away. Such as horrible service. The date that I was going to the office to give them the bill, Dr. Office moved with no new address at the windows, the lab test moved at way. I had to drive around for 2 hours looking for their office but no help. Now I ended up paying the full amount. If they told me at the beginning it will cost extra dollars for those tests, I will NEVERORDER it. Please dont to to this Dr, save your time, money and effort!!! Terrible service. The front desk person Thao was very rude and unfriendly. Third, the result of the annual blood works was online and they asked me to access it. But it’s all in technical terms, who understands this. He never called me to say how the result is. I have to call them for the result and a staff just read it to me. I paid money for this service, and a basis thing like this doesn’t have. Other office, they have Dr caled patient to tell them if the result is good or not. If it’s bad, they will ask you to schedule an appointment with them. This place, they never called me or anything.

Im surprised not that much review on here. Dr Duc is a very nice doctor. I got two big moles on my face and he removed it gently enough i couldn’t even feel any pain. Going in for another laser skin resurfacing because of over sized pores. I will update on it later
