I love this location. They don’t always have the crazy Jordans or other shoes that you’d find at the House of Hoops over in Costa Mesa, but you can run across some gems. The customer service at this location is what puts this place far above the rest for me. Matt the manager truly cares about his customers and I see it since I shop there at least twice a week with my girlfriend. He knows what size I am and will often let me know if anything new has been returned or come in. All of the other workers are great too and often help you out in picking a shoe if you’re having trouble deciding. Absolutely love this Foot Locker location.

Okay so for my review I am not comparing this store to other Footlocker locations… since I dont really shop at Footlocker so I wouldn’t know how they stack up. But rather am reviewing just based on selection and servicein general. 1. Did Footlocker get bought out by Nike and I didnt hear about it? I mean 90% of the store is nike shoes and apparel. If I knew that then why wouldnt I just goto the Nike store? 2. Service guy was nice and helpful, but it is really annoying how they have all their employees trained to plus sale to death? «Can I get u some shorts to match? Can I bring some nike socks for you? Can I get you the shoe protector spray?» Etc et There is a fine line between a gentle reminder and making me never wanting to come here again because I don’t want to answer No to 50 doggone questions.

Sucks. I called to ask for sizes. They hung up on me. I called them back during a long drive. No answer for over 10 minutes so i just let it be. They couldn’t answer the simplest questions about women’s and children’s sizes. If you want variety and service, go to the footlocker in south coast plaza. I was born and raised in Westminster. And walk in and buy random things all the time. They bother you too much yet can’t really help you

An ok foot locker. I only say this because some of the workers there are very helpful knowing release dates for certain shoes other than that what can you say. Its not the house of hoops.

I love shoes. But I find it really annoying when an employee doesn’t leave me alone. I know they try to help, but just let me try on my damn shoes so I can get the hell outta here. And don’t call me homie.
