These guys are the real deal. I had seen a store years ago in Costa Mesa and always meant to stop in. Although this is a bit of a drive for me, it was well worth it. The man who helped me was very well informed and gave me a selection of the products I was looking for. When I’d narrowed it down, he then showed me exactly how to use it and patiently walked me – not a techie – through what to do. When I got home, I did exactly as he had told me and the product worked perfectly. Very good experience. Highly recommended.

Since I’m trying to recareer into security, I’ve been getting my certifications in order, as well as keeping an eye out for the latest and greatest products. Went online to look at Taser products and found a disturbtor here in Westminster. Sure, Taser International has a really slick looking website, but like shoes or cars, you really want to hold it, touch it, caress it, love it before you invest in it. They have the C2 and X26, although the gentleman in the store told me all you really need is the C2(it’s what I’d call a «civilian model»), but the X26 allows for different cycle settings(so you can basically shock the bad guy for more or less time; the C2 just cycles for 30 seconds, so you can run away.). Plus the X26 looks like a ray gun from Flash Gordon or Buck Rogers. C2 was $ 350 and the X26 was $ 950; just a hair under what you’d pay direct from Taser International. They also stock an array of security cameras and audio devices, but I was here to check out the Tasers.
