Calvin Hiep is unprofessional and only treats customers who are «Vietnamese stars» with any respect. If you’re a nobody, forget getting any good customer service.
He was 2 WEEKS LATE with my wedding ao dai after promising to have it made on time. Good thing I had put in the order for the ao dai early with room to spare. My mother and I called several times for 2 weeks but no one picked up the phone. My mom dropped by the shop several times and the older ladies who are the seamstresses in his shop reported that he disappears on vacation without saying a word several times a year. He doesn’t tell them when he is coming back, leaving all of his workers and customers in a bind. I still had to have the dress fixed after I received it. He made my ao dai pants purple instead of the nude color ones that I had specifically requested. I even left gave him fabric samples with the correct colors. WTF?! He acted pissy and then stepped all over the train of the ao dai while I tried it on, on purpose with his dirty shoes because I was irritated that he did not have the dress ready in time. I was so pissed off but I didn’t say anything because I needed the ao dai pants remade asap. My wedding day was 1 day away!
Calvin’s very rude and unprofessional and I do not recommend him at all. Try any other ao dai places and avoid his. It was a freaking headache and nightmare to deal with him!
