Thank you very much for the great service! I had your craftsman Glenn come out to my house to get me an estimate to do a storm door install and a back door install with a pet door mounted within the back door and he did a wonderful job! It was amazing his attention to detail and the fact that he was not going to leave until the doors were done right! He spent a good hour trying to figure out the new install on the storm door because of changes from the manufacturer and referenced multiple places to make sure it was properly hung. He dealt with a Home Depot debacle and spent an hour of his time swapping out shoddy parts with new ones. He also had to come back due to weather to finish caulking the back door and was kind, courteous, accommodating and made sure that I was available. Thank you Handyman Hub and thank you Glenn for doing such a wonderful job at my home. I have another estimate that Glenn worked up for me and I hope to have that work scheduled sometime in 2016.

I called the guys from Handyman Hub and requested that I get a quote to install two small vanities in a bathroom. The guy who was sent out called me the morning of the appt. to say he wouldn’t be able to get to me until 45 minutes after the originally scheduled appt. He came out and gave a quote which I agreed to. H came back the next day to do the project and said he couldn’t make for another 2 hours after the originally scheduled time. Their timeliness wasn’t good at all. The work done was very sloppy for a simple project. Crooked boards, screws not secured properly into cabinet connectors. Where has good quality customer service gone? These guys want a mint for labor and half of them aren’t very good at their professions to start with. I wouldn’t recommend them. Home renovations are overpriced on labor to begin with. Your best to learn how to do it yourself anymore.

Took 2 full days to install a dog door and move garage stairs. Showed up 2 hours late the first day because he had an estimate that morning and the expected delay was not communicated to me. Handyman had to make a «quick trip» to Lowes but took him an hour and a half. He balked when it came time to paint and do some finishing touches to the work. Clean up was hurried and found scraps of wood tucked behind things. Not impressed with his work ethic or attention to detail. I will be contacting someone else to do future repairs as soon as I finish cleaning up this job. Bottom line: not mad but unimpressed.

The estimate was scheduled about two weeks out but once that happened work started within 3 business days. Mark was professional, he cleaned up at the end of each day and the finished product is exactly what we asked for. We have no complaints.

Just finished up with Jimmy from Handyman hub. Let me begin by saying that not only was Jimmy accommodating to my schedule but he was one of the nicest people I’ve met, hands down.
I originally called Handyman hub to fix a leaky shower, secure my dishwasher tub, and do some drywall patchwork. Jimmy came out and gave a very reasonable estimate then came out the following day to do the work, and accommodated my work schedule.
Unfortunately Jimmy was unable to fix my shower, but that was totally because of my ancient house and parts aren’t readily available. But the dishwasher was fixed and the drywall was done perfectly.
Thanks to Jimmy I will most definitely call Handyman hub again.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Don’t trust them to replace a light-​bulb. They were hired to complete several medium to large tasks in my home. Bob Cunningham and his flunky assistant Harvey dumped grout down my kitchen sink, which ruined my brand new sink, led to the flooding of my laundry room and basement, thus having to replace the entire drain-​line in my home. They also installed my kitchen tile floor improperly, which led to it cracking on the seams of the concrete backer-​board. They ended up paying for me to hire another company, which came in and cleaned up their disaster. It took almost a year to finish a job that should’ve been finished in a couple weeks. Just a note to tell everyone just how pleased I was with the way my Handyman Hub kitchen project turned out. Glenn Duff is absolutely a superb craftsman. His attention to detail, and ultimately his desire to make every aspect of the project perfect was very impressive. Not to mention, Glenn is a nice guy who goes the extra mile. He is a great representative for Handyman Hub.

Handyman Hub did a wonderful job on our bathroom remodel. We will be using them in the future for additional work on our new home!

I called Handyman Hub to finish and texture over a patch in our kitchen ceiling, which took approximately 2 hours. They sent Garry Kramer and he did a great job! He was on time, protected the area very well and cleaned up afterward. The texturing looked great, especially after it dried. I expect once it’s painted we’ll never even know the difference!

Turned out just the way I wanted it to. I was skeptical at first being that I could have done this work myself, but I just kept running out of time. Handyman Hub was available at my schedule and the work was done at a very decent price with professionalism. I’d hire out again.

We wanted to share our horrible experience with Handyman Hub. We needed to have some grout repaired, they came out to do an estimate and we hired them for the job. The person they sent to do the job told us to wait three days before using the shower. When my husband finally tried it, the grout started washing off the wall immediately. He called Handyman Hub and they sent the same guy again, this time he seemed intoxicated. He re-​grouted the tile and then told my husband to buy sealant for the grout himself… something they told us they would do in their original estimate. My husband did as instructed, and the grout washed off the wall again. They sent another guy for the third attempt. When it dried, the grout was two very different colors.
While this was going on, my husband was in regular contact with the owners of Handyman Hub. They were often nice, but repeatedly mixed up details, forgot to call back and never apologized for their mistakes (beyond those of the contractors they sent to our home). On the fourth attempt, the owner asked for more money to finish the job! When my husband pointed out that we had paid in full already, weeks ago, and he had not fulfilled his portion of the contract, he refunded our money instead of completing the job.
Obviously, we would not recommend anyone hire Handyman Hub for their future work.

In response to the owner’s comment. We lost a baby right after we had the work done and then a second baby a few months later, thus this review was written after the work was done and not posted as we had larger issues to deal with.
You did try to fix it but you sent a handyman who was intoxicated then your company requested more money to fix the job. As for the claim that my husband spoke to the «owners» — that was what my husband thought based on his conversation. He had a British accent. Additionally, we were only refunded because your company told us we would have to pay for you to fix the poor job your handyman did and we decided not to go further with your company.
The original issue was that as soon as we turned the shower on, the grout washed off of the wall! Your worker, Conrad, said the reason it washed off the wall was that the original worker chose the wrong grout.
As you can see, I have been Elite Unilocaler for six years and understand the power of a review. I will not post a false review (either positive or negative) for any reason. Yes, reviews are important for business. We felt that we were not treated very well during the process and that is why we wrote this review. Bulling people by saying, «Reviews are becoming an important part of the consumer experience and we need to be diligent in telling the truth, otherwise the entire review becomes suspect. Not to mention reviews can damage a businesses reputation and when based on exaggerations and fabrications they become unjust.» or making accusations about my honesty, will not go far with me, sir.

Bob was always on time and did a good job building our pergola. The job turned out great and is a nice addition to our back patio area. He kept us up to date on all costs and seemed to really care about keeping our project within budget. Would not hesitate to call on him again.
