Harvestin Natural Foods

I was pleasantly surprised to learn that this little health foods shop exists in Westminster!
The owners, a husband and wife, are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and have be running this store for almost 40 years. As soon as I walked in, the wife gave me a little tour and pointed our the various areas and where I could find things. There are tons of supplements, vitamins, homeopathic remedies, essential oils, organic/​vegan cleaning agents and personal hygiene items, gluten free and dairy free foods and ingredients, and tons more – even off the wall products that you would most definitely not find anywhere else!
I had a few questions in regards to what I was looking for and the wife took me under her wing and help show me my options as well as inform me on what certain products were made from. I personally don’t like to take over the counter medicines, antibiotics or prescriptions so I felt really excited to discover healthy and natural alternatives!
