Heavenly Spa

The service used to be great. We are regular customers who comes at least 2−3times a month since 2010. To our surprise, we got there and we didn’t see anyone familiar, and noticed there are some added services. At first I thought, maybe the ones who regularly gives us the massage are busy with other customers so we thought we’d try the other masseuse available. Tonight, my husband and I just got the worst massage service ever! First, they filled up the buckets (they use to soak your feet) with cold water. I mean seriously?! It’s not like we are first timers that don’t know what to expect. And the lady gave me a dirty look when I asked to have it changed. The whole time, they were also talking in Vietnamese, which I think it’s rude. I mean you go there and expect to get a nice and comfortable, peaceful ambiance but these were destroyed by these two ladies. Anyway, I got a lot more to say but obviously, this review contains nothing but such a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! Last words: WE ARE NEVER GOING BACK THERE!!!

I have a love hate relationship with this place, so I gave it only 2 stars. The first couple of times that I have went, it was very nice and relaxing. Then about the fourth time that I went, I took my friend and we both got a massage by two ladies. The WHOLE time they were talking and gossiping and laughing, which is not what I came for. I came to be in nice silent relaxing place. Every time they’d start talking, they would slack on the massage and it was very half ass effort. ON TOP OF THAT, the lady who massaged my friends YELLED at my friend for giving her a $ 5 tip! That’s about a 35% tip out of $ 15 for the price of the massage. She looked at my friend with a dirty look, complained, and also stood in her way of leaving. I couldn’t believe it, I have NEVER dealt with a problem like this before. My friend ended up giving her another 5 dollars and we just left… I thought this was a one time thing or maybe it’s just THAT lady, but my sister had went with her friends and the same situation happened when she gave them a $ 5 tip as well but for someone else.

I had one of the worst massage experiences ever here just yesterday. The facility seems really nice, but the staff was very unprofessional.
I asked for a lady for a 2 hour massage. About 10 minutes into the massage, I asked for more pressure. She applied more pressure, but still wasn’t very good. I asked for more, but it wasn’t to my liking. So I thought I’d be a trooper and just sit through it for an hour and ask for someone else after that.
I asked for another lady for the 2^nd hour, but this lady was even worse! She started on my feet and it was REALLY painful. Basically, she kept pressing on my toe bones! Argh … I winced, and cringed, and I don’t think she noticed. Her coworker (massaging my gf) told her to stop massaging the bones (in Chinese, my gf later told me).
I’ve had many massages at many different locations. This place ranks pretty low.

Do not go here if u speak english. or any language other than chinese. nobody there speaks english. and they are very rude. if you tell them what you want or preferences they cannot understand you. they will ignore you. and if u keep talking they will push ur head down. would not recommend this place to my worse enemy.

Great price — $ 15. Can’t beat it especially for a full body massage. They do a good job of massaging your feet, head, back, and legs. The massage is with your clothes on. I wish they would put more oil or lotion on the area they are messaging; it’s not as soothing. Also, the people do not understand English very well, so it was a bit frustrating when telling them how much to charge as tip for the massage. I would definitely bring cash next time to pay. But nontheless, it’s a good massage for a great price.

A great massage at a great price. A very peaceful atmosphere with soft music, fountains of water and the wonderful smells of incense in the air. Very relaxing. The staff is very pleasant and professional. I have been back many times now and I am always pleased with the service.

I also saw the ad for the spa that said $ 10. I went to this website before checking it out first. It is $ 15 like most places around westminster/​garden grove but thats not bad at all! I use to go to spas and the cheapest massage was $ 60 for an hour. All I want is the massage anyways. If you can live without the scenery and just want a nice cheap massage. Go here! Its nice and comfortable. There is just one large room where there are multiple tables/​beds so other people getting massages will be nearby. Its pretty relaxing if you ask me. To tell you the truth, everything I went to those expensive spas I’d end up falling asleep in a few minutes of my massage. Yes, it was because it was super relaxing and soothing but I didnt pay $ 60+ (usually more) to fall asleep! I was soooo glad to finally find a place where I can get a cheap massage and not fall asleep. When I went, I took my boyfriend and he usually doesnt like people touching him and the whole massage idea but after we both agreed we’ll be back again.

This place is so amazing. It costs $ 15 for a massage. I thought it was just a foot massage but it’s a full body massage. The staff are really kind and respectful. The atmosphere is serene and peaceful. The lighting is low with calm music playing and a fountain running. Really great for a couples, romantic massage.
When I walked in I was the only female customer and I got a little nervous but everything was great.
Like the other review said, wearsomething with no straps. I actually just took my shirt off because that’s how I roll, but if you don’t want to, wear a tube top.
GREAT PLACE!!! SO CHEAP!!! I hope they stay in business because my bf and I are going every weekend.
