Brittany is the store manager & always remembers me when I shop there. She’s so professional as well as her staff to let me know of their promotions. Even if the air conditioning goes out in the store, they’re all so happy and helpful. Nothing distracts them from giving great customer service. It’s a treat to shop in there, I love the merchandise. I can shop for myself, my niece, or my younger cousins. The store is always organized and neat, noticing is ever out of place. I give it a good review because I’ve been coming here for a while and enjoy shopping here, There is always something for all the ladies in your life, and you can treat yourself as well! They’re the best Icing store over the ones in Burbank and around Orange County.

If it had been any earlier I probably would have given this place all five stars but I guess it’s a good thing I waited. Approximately three months ago I got my ears pierced here. That experience went perfectly. Painless. Clean. Professional. I was told repeatedly not to take out the earrings and how to do the cleaning. I read the paperwork. I followed all procedures. Just yesterday I took out the earrings to just clean deeper, enjoy a shower without the pokes and sleep peacefully. I woke up to put in the earrings and the holes had closed. Now sure that may be MY body’s function but I wasn’t informed that it could take MORE than three months. I went back to the store to see if they could just reinsert one of the four earrings(because after painful bloody attempts I managed to reinsert three of four piercings) they refused and it wasn’t even a polite refusal with thorough explanations. It was literally an, «Oh, that sucks. Can’t help.» Literally verbatim by the manager. I ended up going to a nearby doctor to make the incision. He simply nudged it in under better lighting and better view(since I tried all angles on own at fail) and he got it in. I spent over $ 100 at ICING to buy three pairs of sensitive earrings for my piercings, purchased extra bottles of the cleansing solution and this was how customers with concerns are handled? Yeah. I’m not usually a big shopper there for my own jewelry but now I won’t even be recommending it.

Brittany was super helpful. She let me stay half an hour past the closing time and was very sweet about it. Great attitude. Very cute items. I even forgot my bags there and she ran out the door to catch me!

Horible experience at this store the girl working there by the name of Britany was so rude I was shopping for bridal accessories and she was behind the counter on her phone for atleast a good 15minutes. When i asked for help she just pointed. I made a small purchase and asked her who the manager was and she said it was her. Never back there again. And believe me i will pass the word to friends and family.

Life is too short not to be fabulous, so glam it up! Want to make your outfit pop or give your look an edgy twist? Come to Icing to get: adorable hats, feathers, colorful hair extensions, boots, flower clips, faux fur, jewelry and more. They have a few fun things for Halloween here, too. Icing often has specials(currently buy one«hair accessory» and get the next for 50% off.) Note: this is an adult store – not like Claire’s that seems to be geared for pre-teen girls. Prices are fair and the selection is great. Ladies… it’s time to accessorize. Put the icing on the cake. Icing has numerous stores including ones in: San Jose, Santa Clara and Milpitas.
