Lotus dental is a very good place to get braces because they are affordable and not too pricey. The staff are very friendly and nice. When I go in their for my monthly check-​up I always leave the place happy with my teeth. They always have quality every visit. I recommend lotus dental if you want to get braces.

They are very professional here and they take really good care of you. I came in for a cleaning last week and now getting fillings done.

They did my braces extremely well! Teeth turned out straighter than expected and the service was great from start to finish. The nurses were very kind and informative and service was fairly fast but they made sure everything was perfect before letting me go. The doctor also made sure that we understood what was happening when our teeth which made the process a little more comforting.
If you need braces this is the place to go!

NOTE: My wisdom tooth grew horizontally instead of vertically, so he had to cut to dig out my tooth.
I was skeptical when after explained everything. I mean, how can pulling out my wisdom tooth be so easy (it is … After all… Full of wisdom) I have to admit it was wrong. The procedure was just as simple and fast as he said it would be. The anesthetic hurt a little (like always). The actual procedure only took 5 mins. He even pulled my tooth in a while. I got to keep in as a present! The surgery over all was quick and painless. He gave me an ice pack for the night and told me to take pain killer if I needed to. There wasn’t the surgery was very quick, Dr Woo staff called to make sure I was doing fine. I was doing fine. I was doing great and was munching on ice cream at the time .

I just had the most pleasant experience with Dr Trevor Luu. Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming for my first time. The receptionist was helpful and accommodating when I had to email her a screenshot of my insurance card, because I did not have it on me. The cleaning was amazing!!! My teeth are stain free and smooth at ice! The X-​rays were quick and painless and they all came out on the first try. Dr Luu was extremely thorough and not rushed putting a lot of time and thought into her diagnosis

I love this place. Everyone is nice and friendly. If you any questions they can answer it all. I came for braces and cleaning and this is a highly recommended place. The area is clean and all the equipment are amazing.

Had my deep cleaning done at lotus dental. Their equipments are all high tech and the office is very clean. Dr. Tanioka was very informative n detailed through out my appointment. This place is a great place to go if you need dentistry. They have all types of specialties and is open almost everyday of the week. All patients that I’ve seen as long as I have been there have been seen in a fast and timely manner. For that reason alone makes this one of the best offices.

My little sister and I decided to switch our general dentist to Lotus Dental because our older one is a farther drive. Last week we made an appointment to have our teeth cleaned every 6 months like usual. Somehow, they found 4 cavities on my 16 years old little sister. We were surprised. So we decided to go back to our old dentist to have her teeth doubled check and they cannot find a SINGLE CAVITY. That’s all I’m going to say.

My wife has appointment at 1 o’clock afternoon, more than 1 hour later her dentist is not available to check on her. The office is not doing good job to schedule patient for dentist to see.

Horrible service, my mom had some work done and paid a fortune, not only was the dentist unable to fix the problem but made everything worse. She is now in more pain than before. We are now seeking other dentist to fix the issue.

Worst place ever. The doctor was going to let me take off my braces, I had to ask him to leave it on longer and to close my bottom gap and straighten out my teeth.
Some of the staff are very nice but some of the ppl I got, some lady, seem like they didnt give a sh*t about your teeth and if youre uncomfortable or in pain.
They also made me wait a long time. I sat there for 20mins waiting (not to mention there was nobody in the place besides like 3 patients) before I decide to go ask them if I could go in. They told me the doctor was on lunch break and to come back at 3. Like seriously? Why cant they tell me this before so that I wouldnt have to waste my time waiting?

New Patient…
Tried to find a new dentist for our family. Provided INS and Driver License to check out benefit after they made a copied. The office said will call back to for eligibility next day. No response so I call them. They was unable to locate my ins and driver license for 10 minutes.
Very lousy front office work. Of course, I don’t want to be new patient.

Update: they voiced their concern to me and apparently it was all a huge misunderstanding. I got my wisdom tooth extracted the next day and everything went smoothly. The surgeon was really professional such as the staff with my situation. Would definitely recommend.

I was referred here in the summer of 2013 because I just wanted to see if I could straighten a molar of mine that was crooked. It didn’t impede my ability to eat or anything and you couldn’t even see it but I just wanted to see if something could have been done. So when they looked at my teeth, they told me I had a really bad overbite that needed to be fixed and that I had really crooked teeth. My teeth weren’t that bad to begin with but I was ignorant so I believed them. After 2 agonizing years, there is hardly a difference. I mean sure, it straightened out that molar but didn’t do much else. I have the before and after pictures if you’re interested in seeing them.
I’ve read earlier reviews about how people said Dr. Son Nguyen was arrogant and a jerk, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt because I wanted to judge him based on my own experiences. I can now honestly tell you that all those reviews were true. He’s kind of a dick. After a few months of having braces I asked Dr. Son Nguyen nicely if the braces did anything for me yet because I haven’t noticed any difference and this guy’s tone changed drastically. He suddenly got all aggressively defensive. I swear, he acted as if I spat on his ancestors’ grave or something. He pulled out my files and just started belittling how bad my teeth looked before. Like, there’s a nice way of telling people things, dude. I wasn’t trying to insult his methods, it was an honest question. I got a pretty good opinion of him after that. It’s a pity that I discovered those negative Unilocal reviews for this place several months after I got my braces on.
I’m going to say it again just for emphasis, Dr. Son Nguyen is very arrogant and a dick.
Aside from him though, I will say that the workers there are nice. They’re really friendly. And the establishment is clean, I’ll give them that. That’s the only reason I’m rating it a 2 star.
When I finally did get my braces off, one of the workers asked me if I had a Unilocal account, which I did, but I said no because I could kind of see where that question was heading. Usually that would be the end of the conversation but the worker was pretty persistent. She asked me if I could download it on the spot and give them a review and I made it really obvious in my voice that I didn’t want to do it but she kept pestering me. Just like Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, this girl didn’t back down. I could not make this up, she said that they’ll offer me a Starbucks gift card in return and tried swaying me by describing some of the different types of drinks I can get there. I don’t even like Starbucks… like if it was a Target gift card, sure, MAYBE I’ll consider it. But it was just in bad taste for them to try to bribe me into giving them a review. I told her that I’ll do it next week when I had my next appointment. I came back and a different worker asked me if I did the Unilocal review and I told them yes just so they’d get off my back.
I don’t really care to write reviews on Unilocal at all but I’ll give them one since they wanted it so badly.
I wonder if they’ll still give me the Starbucks gift card.

I’ve been coming here for 2 years now and all my family and friends also came here for braces. The staff members are very friendly and are flexible with scheduling with my appointment times. Their estimated time for my braces was a year and a half. Even though it took two years, they still took another 6 months to finish up my braces and didn’t rush the process. They also have a summer special going on right now 1,500 off of braces or Invisalign. I finally get my braces off today and I’m super excited/​nervous to see the results! I highly recommend lotus dental! They also have family dental now too!

My cousins introduced me to Lotus Dental last summer. The price for my braces were reasonable because my teeth were not horrendously bad. Around $ 2500 for two years.
The braces here only make your teeth look better (align and even), so get Invisalign is you want your teeth to be straight. (Invisalign here is decent priced).
The people working on the desk are busy and will serve you with care. The dentists are nice and so their job quick and clean.
I rarely had any problems with my teeth bc I take care of them well.
It’s always crowded here on the weekends and the wait is long as well. BRING something to do while you wait.
I’ve only been here a few times, and it’s ok.
GET INVISALIGN.

Lotus Dental gave me an unbeatable offer for my braces. The staff were all friendly, the doctor was knowledgeable and caring. In addition, the office is clean. I would and have recommended this office to my family, co workers, customers, and my friends.
Also, fast service and prompt email appointment alerts. Scheduling was very flexible for me when I went to work and school.
Every staff in this building is extremely approachable and helpful. «D,» one of the employees, helped make my wires more manageable and less painful.
Alba was so gentle and is great at communicating calmly.
Also I want to give credit to Margarito, Judy, Flor, Nancy, Erica, Vicky for making my visits fast with great service when I am in a rush for work.
